El apartamento es muy bonito, amenidades bonitas. La ubicación está excelente, mercados nocturnos cerca. 7/11 dentro del condominio. Los anfitriones son muy amables y accesibles en todo momento. Disfrutamos nuestra estancia. Gracias.

Все четко. Думали , что будет как то по другому, отличаться от фото, но нет. Все как на фото. Расположение нормальное. Рядом метро. Но метро в Тае дорогое как оказалось. Рядом 7-11, 4 магазин. Биг С супермаркет. ТЦ недалеко, 20 мин пешком , ночной рынок 20 мин пешком

The place was absolutely amazing. From check in to check out it was fabulous. Phueng’s place is well maintained and everything was as shown n as described. I stayed at her place for about 20 days n it was just a fun place to stay. With everything close by I did not have to struggle for anything. Phueng at the time of check in n check out was really helpful n I did not struggle one bit. Loved the time I spent at her place. Would definitely like to come bak n stay at her place again.Thank u Phueng for this wonderful opportunity.

Good security, a quiet and peaceful Condo. Apartment is modern, clean, cozy and has a very good view. Communication, check in & check out is smooth and easy. Paul, the host, is a  warmth, helpful and caring person who ensured that his guests have a comfortable and relaxing stays in his home. A 24-hour 7-11 and Pharmacy is just next door. Walking to the MRT Station Bang Krasor takes about 1-2 minutes and along the way there are some street food stalls. Opposite the Condo, there is a small shopping mall. In the mall, there are shops, restaurants, a food court and a Big-C Store. Travelling on the Purple Line is very easy and convenient and will lead you to more Shopping Malls and shops like Robinson, Big-C Extra and a big, spacious and modern Mall, Central Plaza Westgate. If you love to be away from the tourist crowd, then this place will definitely let you experience Bangkok with the local people in a very convenient way.

le logement était conforme au photos mais pas très propre. vaiselle pour seulement 2 personnes alors que nous étions 3. Obligation d'avoir un véhicule parceque un peu éloigné de tout. pour le reste tout était parfait

The Host: fantastic communicator! Responsive, accommodating, and empathetic to our all of needs from the moment we booked till post check-out. The Listing: beautiful skyline views! Clean interiors, great AC, warm water, and had everything we needed for a long term stay. The building staff were extremely kind and generous. The Location: everything you need within 2 km walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, the building mgmt also provided shuttle services to BTS Thong Lo & Ekkamai.

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

Great apartment, super location, will definitely stay again.

송크란에 맞춰 묵었던 숙소인데 가격대비 룸컨디션이 너무 좋아 매우 맘에 들었습니다. 내부는 흠잡을데 없이 깔끔했고 청결했으며 직원들도 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 방콕에 방문한다면 다시 머무르고 싶습니다.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Benny. Le logement est impeccable. Il y a de tout pour cuisiner, le lit est confortable et la vue du balcon est super. La piscine aussi est incroyable. Directement dans l'immeuble il y a un 7/11 et une machine distributrice qui fait d'excellents cafés! Le logement est à 3 minutes de marche du BTS ce qui est génial pour te rendre n'importe où en transport en commun. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement! Merci encore Benny !

Another great stay in a clean apartment with a very convenient location. Most of all, Thip was a fantastic host — super flexible and understanding. I’ll gladly stay at Thip’s place should I return to Bangkok in the future.

the place was absolutely lovely. there were some bugs but that is to be expected in thailand and there was a spray provided that helped. the apartment is somewhat near chatuchak market, decently near to a metro station, and has a large night market just a block away. what i enjoyed most was the small shopping-center within the complex, which had many things one could need. laundry, hair salon, nail salon, seamstress... all very reasonably priced and helped greatly during our stay. thank you jeenie !!!

Very good place to stay in Bangkok! Had everything we needed: air conditioning works very well; The WiFi is pretty good too - we are 2 people working remotely and both of us were able to have Zoom meetings at the same time. The place also has a pretty good view of the city being in the 9th floor:) . The best part is that the building complex has 7eleven, restaurants, cafes, mini markets etc etc all inside the complex, so right under your door! There is also a very nice pool and a fully equipped gym! It is like a mint city in itself! Walking distance to a metro station as well! We stayed 8 nights and it was great. We’d love to be back soon!

I had a wonderful time staying at this place. clean, cozy and looks like the images online. The owners are very friendly and responsive. 9/10 would stay here again.

Yanissa est une hôte très réactive donc je met une bonne note. Concernant le logement il mérite un peu plus d’entretien pour être loué convenablement mais le principal pour nous était propre : lit propre et confortable, éponge neuve et liquide vaisselle à disposition, frigo propre. L’emplacement est correct les gens sont très aimables et il y a un seven eleven dans le bâtiment.
