This villa was perfect! A short walk to a clean beach. A spotless pool, AC in every room, regular housekeeping, and private parking. The location is ideal for a peaceful vacation while still being close to entertainment (20 min taxi to Patong - local Vegas). The beach (which was never too packed) and its lively street are minutes away from the villa. For fitness lovers, there’s a great gym just a 7-minute walk away. Also a scooter rental is nearby. A food street around the corner. After exploring the island for two weeks, I can surely say - Kamala neighborhood - is the best. It’s cleaner than Patong, not as crowded as Rawai, and more affordable than Bang Tao. The host was super responsive, making everything easy. My parents and I loved it. I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Good location. Kamala beach is about 15 minutes by walking, 3 min by motorbike. Bangtao and Patong about 15 min by motorbike. The house was nice but from toilets were stinking probably from pipes. Communication with host was good, but could be better. In our generally opinion we do recommend

Довольно просторный новый дом, отлично подошёл для нас пятерых ( трое взрослых +двое детей). Все необходимое в доме есть. Мы часто останавливались в этом районе, в этот раз понравилось, что дом расположен более уединённо, замечательный вид на сопки. Но нужно быть готовым, что арендовать транспорт будет необходимо.

Alles super. Konnten flexibel ein- und auschecken. Alles wie beschrieben. Und sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

It is a good villa with a nice swimming pool that we almost stayed to swim all the time. We always get quick responses whenever we need help.

Great Location, easy to find and easy check in and check out loved it there, loads of local thai restraints to choose from, only 10 min drive to phuket town or 20 mins to rawai beach, place very clean plently of space highly recommended, host is amazing and help with all of our needs. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Roberts Unterkunft ist ein Juwel. Für eine kleine Familie ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Der Zugang zum Strand ist in paar Minuten zu erreichen. Der Zugang ist allerdings sehr steil. Mit Kinderwagen oder Leute mit Rollstuhl oder mit körperlicher Einschränkungen eine kleine Herausforderung. Ansonsten kann man bis zum Bandara Resort gehen und dort den Abhang runter, der ist nicht so steil. Der Ao yon Beach haben wir geliebt. Er ist perfekt für Kleinkinder, da es so gut wie keine Wellen gibt und er ist nicht so überlaufen. Auf der Hauptstraße gibt es ein paar kleine authentische Thai Restaurants. Auch halal. Für uns war das der perfekte Ort.

We stayed at Julia's place in Kamala for a month, and it was an good experience! The area is great, with plenty of cafes offering a variety of cuisines, lots of massage salons, and both 7/11 and Big C within walking distance. There’s also a street night market nearby with fresh fruits and street food. The beach is very close, and there’s a great gym nearby as well. The property is in a gated, secure community. It has an excellent deep pool with plenty of sun loungers. The house itself is huge, featuring a very comfortable large sofa and a big TV. There’s also a dedicated workspace and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cookware. Overall, I highly recommend this place! It’s perfect for two families to stay together.

This is a brand new villa complex and actually a couple of villas around it are still under construction, the view is outstanding and service is impeccable, some small niggles in the utility part of it (understandable) as it's a new place, but the response from the team is outstanding, it's in a nice neighborhood and groceries are easy to get. Loved it... Highly recommend it 👍🏼

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location couldn’t be better—just a short, easy walk to the beach and everything else Patong has to offer. The home itself is brand new and beautifully designed with a lot of thought put into every detail. The master bedroom was much more spacious than we expected, and while we didn’t use the bathtub, it was a lovely bonus to have. The views from the third-floor rooms and rooftop were a nice surprise—overlooking the are of the behind hotel and mountains. The plunge pool was a highlight—we loved unwinding there after a day out, then heading to the cozy living room to watch Netflix and fully relax. We wish we had more time here. It’s easily one of the best places to stay in Patong, and we’re already looking forward to coming back on our next visit.

Great stay at her apartment as it was spacious and clean! Furthermore, the sea view was so amazing and I enjoyed chilling at the balcony. Would highly recommended staying here!! :)

Good location and clean private pool

Absolutely fantastic property which looks better than the photos. Plenty of space and private as the through road only leads to a hotel. Rooms are big, stylish and with great bathrooms. Pool and outside area is great and very clean. Easy instructions and good communication throughout, I would 100% recommend this property

What is there to say. This was an amazing place to spend time in Thailand. The villa is everything as it is advertised, clean, cosy and it feels like a home away from home. One thing I can mention that was not due to the villa’s fault, is that the pool water is on the cold side and can’t always be used as expected, but still the best place to get back to after being away to the beach and surroundings. If I could, I would rate this villa higher than just a 5 star

This apartment is perfect for a small family or group with everything you need to feel like “home-away from home”! It is located a short walk to the beach and Bangla road (and everything else you would need). The unit is spacious with a large open living/ kitchen area and all the amenities you need to live comfortably for a short or long stay. There is a washing machine, TV, sofa, kitchen with pots, pans and good size fridge. Each of the bedrooms have wardrobes and good size beds. Unfortunately, we found the beds very hard but I think this is standard for Thailand as most places we have stayed in have hard beds (which is a shame as we already have back problems). You need to go through a massage parlour to access the apartment but all the ladies are super friendly and make you feel welcomed and comfortable. It is also very convenient when you can’t be bothered leaving the apartment to go and get a massage as there’s one downstairs. We would highly recommend this awesome place!!

The place is beautiful! If you like peace and quiet and have a relaxing vacation in Phuket, then this is the right place for you. It’s big, spacious, and it has everything you need. The host is responsive and was available 24/7. He literally would reply immediately if you approach him. If you decide to stay here, I would suggest to hire a motorcycle because it’s a bit of a challenge to climb up the hill from the main roam. But it’s a good exercise if you like to walk. It’s not far from the beach but it’s a bit of a walk. Great place!

I have been using Airbnb for several years in various countries, and I can confidently say that Jacob’s place was one of the best I have ever stayed in. The apartment was huge, spotless (with a daily cleaning service maintaining its cleanliness), incredibly well-equipped, and had a breathtaking view from the massive terrace. We had everything we needed—and even more! We even tried to find something to complain about, but we couldn’t! The place was amazing, and perfectly prepared in every aspect. Jacob and Oy were incredibly helpful and always responded within minutes. We recommend it 1000%!

The place was near everything, it was quiet before 10pm which was nice if we wanted to go to bed early. Two thing was little bit less good, the place had a weird smell which you could definitivly live with but a bit irritating. There was a lot of families with smaller children which made noise early in the morning so I recommend earplugs. Overall the experience was great and it shown as in the picture, the host is easily communicatable and I would recommed this place for a few days.

The location was amazing, and the team very supportive. For the price it was well worth it, and we had a great stay. The rooms were nice and homely and the view was amazing. The only concern we did have was the hill being a bit steep which made walking up a bit difficult, and with grab bikes some were not able to make it up the hill. That being said, everything else was really great and truly an enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay! We spent two wonderful weeks in this house, and everything was just perfect. The house is very cozy and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home! The host was incredibly polite and helpful, always available to assist with any questions. The surroundings are beautiful – nature, fresh air, peace, and quiet. Great place! Very clean and comfortable. The Beach is right across the street. Tons of things to do nearby. Nail salon, Massage, 7-11, Pier, Resturants, Night Market - we walked to everything! The host is SUPER nice and very responsive. Would stay here again!
