The house isn't perfect, there is raw wood, some things aren't finished, the furniture is vintage and may appear worn but if you look past that, you will find that everything there has its own story and that this house is made for the big things: sunrises, ocean dreaming and full-moons

Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful deck on the water with enclosed BBQ area and a hot tub (optional extra). On an island with 1 security controlled access point, extremely safe and secure.

A beautiful one-bedroom apartment in the picturesque town of Kalk Bay. An amazing space if you are on holiday or a business trip. Situated 25m from the main road and walking distance from many delicious restaurants. This apartment has its own fully functioning kitchen with everything you will need to cook up a storm or you could order food and sit by the fire for an evening in. It also has its own private courtyard with shutter doors that can be opened all the way to invite the outside in.

Although there is no direct road access, the views from the house are exceptional. Parking on Boyes Dr or Capri Rd. A modern, casual two-storey house in St James with panoramic views of False Bay. Enjoy close proximity to Danger Beach, surf spots and the St James & Dalebrook tidal pools. Walk from the house up the mountain or to Kalk Bay harbour, shops & restaurants - or stay at home and enjoy the pool, hot tub & fireplaces. It is private and secluded, ideal for those seeking a getaway.

Kayaks and a peddle boat provide a peaceful way to explore the waterways while a covered braai and pellet stove ensure that you stay cozy on cooler nights.
