Artists’ seaside apartment. Inspiration is here!

I have zooshed up the apartment where I wrote and painted my most recent creations. The king size bed, decked in fresh linens, many pillows and soft blankets is where your stories can become. Muses are here. The desk where I wrote and the kitchen where I painted is now fully equipped. Electricity on or off; you will cook it up! Ink blotches are still on the screeded floors, cool to a hot summer bare foot. The lounge has a single mattress daybed under a skylight, where clouds and stars await you.

This little studio apartment is in a beautiful garden setting on the lower mountain slopes of Muizenberg. It has a bedroom, bathroom, living room and small kitchen with a one-plate conduction stove, and other essentials. The Muizenberg surfing beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. Beautiful coastal and mountain walks are easily accessible, as are local shops, restaurants and cafes. The popular Bluebird neighbourhood market is a great place to sample locally made food, beers and wine on a Friday.

In our cozy bedroom you find a Queen-size bed extra-length, Double-glazed windows and dimmable lighting. Living area: Large windows with blinds for privacy. A desk to get work done, our WiFi is not affected by loadschedding! A 58” Smart TV with Netflix The Building has 24/7 security, only fingerprint access, same for underground parking

Red Stone Studio

Red Stone Studio is a fully equipped self-catering loft apartment, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Located on the first level with free street parking, it’s the perfect retreat for solo travelers, couples or anyone looking for a surf-and-work holiday. Enjoy uninterrupted Wi-Fi and easy access to local amenities. Coffee shops, restaurants, a supermarket, and a launderette, all within a 12-minute walk. Explore mountain paths offering breathtaking views of the iconic False Bay.

On the water! Romantic and stylish!

Close to the M5 and Muizenberg this room in a quiet and peaceful suburb offers you the perfect base to explore Cape Town. Waking up in nature, surrounded by birdlife, will make you think twice if you should leave home to explore more of the beautiful Cape. Marina da Gama is close to the famous surfer beach of Muizenberg , the pittoresk Kalkbay , on the way to Cape Point or the Winelands driving along the ocean beaches of False Bay. Driving to Town is uncomplicated and takes 20 min.

'Licorne' Studio

Licorne Studio with ocean view. The Licorne Studio is nestled between the Muizenberg Mountain and the False Bay Ocean on the Historical Mile. It is a place to relax, go to the beach, or hike up the mountain. The studio is adjacent to our family home. There is parking and we have space to store your surfing equipment. It's a 5-minute walk to the shops, train station, restaurants and Surfer’s Corner. A lovely mix of mountain and ocean views; we look forward to welcoming you.

Comfort, Style & Security next to the Beach

My comfortable, tastefully-decorated & well-equipped apartment is located in a beach-front building at Muizenberg's famous Surfer's Corner. The building has excellent security; including finger-print access control and 24-hour concierges at the front entrance. There is a free private parking bay in the basement. The WiFi router has a dedicated UPS - so the WiFi works even when the electricity is off. Please note that the apartment does not have a sea view.
