Come and relax on a 40 acre farm in Arcadia, OK! The beautiful two story wood barn features a newly built out 2,000 sq.ft. apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This includes a full kitchen, 85 inch TV with surround sound, two loft bedrooms with three beds each, a Weber Grill, & plenty of relaxing space. The property includes hiking trails, kayaks, multiple animals, and Kenny the Clydesdale! Please no parties, we live on site and enjoy the quiet relaxing farm too.

Pecan Cabin

The Pecan Cabin is in the middle of a pecan orchard. It is built out of pecan wood. There is much wildlife around the cabin. We often see deer, wild turkeys, armadillo, squirrels, hawks, racoon, and coyote. It is very quiet and peaceful. A great place for star gazing. This is a working pecan orchard. You may see us, mowing, pruning and generally taking care of the trees. There is no hunting on this property. The land is leased for hunting, but they do not hunt in the pecan grove.

This bungalow is located one mile from downtown Guthrie, where guests can enjoy shops, the Pollard Theater, and restaurants. It has new furnishings, including amenities such as a washer-dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, cooking necessities, a large backyard, and parking on the premises. It has a great front porch area with a swing and seating where guests can relax and enjoy the small-town nostalgia of Guthrie. One of few houses permitted to legally host short-term in Stillwater. - Situated in a quiet neighborhood in east Stillwater, a short drive to OSU. This home has three regular standard size bedrooms (one with its own half bath), plus a small single room and open loft that looks out over the living room. Sleeping rooms surround the living room with it's high ceiling and kitchen. IMPORTANT: There are strict limits on unrelated occupants, parking, and commercial activity.
