Imagine the perfect host and multiply it with 10: That's Anna! Not only, that she picked us up by car, because it was heavily raining, to show us the appartement by herself. She also answered messages within minutes and provides us with laundry detergent in the blink of an eye. Also she recommended us a great pub in Bunratty to go to in the evening. So sum it up: Just perfect! Thank you very much. We will surely come back!

Loved Loved Loved this Doolin Airbnb. Charming and much bigger than we expected a ‘studio’ to be. Plus gorgeous comfy dining & lounge chairs, comfy bed, beautiful outlook, close to great pubs & eateries. Weather outside was very cold for our 2 days but we were snug & warm yet we could turn off the Boiler at night so we didn’t have a hot bedroom. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about this Airbnb. Hosts were super nice.

Un logement très joli dans un endroit magnifique au cœur du Connemara. Un grand merci à Martha et Sandy, les enfants d’Alannah, très sympas, réactifs et disponibles, qui nous ont dépannés à plusieurs reprises pour rejoindre Letterfrack et Clifden (nous n’avions pas de voiture). Cela a été très agréable d’échanger avec eux pour mieux connaître leur très belle région. Nous gardons un très beau souvenir de notre séjour dans un lieu si unique.

Exactly what I expected and needed. great directions / instructions to access. super clean. little kitchen / sitting area with separate bedroom w/ attached bathroom. all of the essentials for cooking and resting up. 5 minute walk to village. Beautiful view out the entry / kitchen area of the surrounding hills. I had a perfect, no issues two day stay and will be back again.

We had a wonderful time at Martin's place. He's an excellent host. We felt very welcome. The view you have from the balcony is undescribebable. Thank you Martin for a great time!

Has all the facilities needed for a stay much longer than our 1 night. Very clean and the separate entrance gives a feeling of privacy. Convenient for Bantry and only a short drive to Limerick or Shannon

It was cozy and clean room. Especially, laundry facilities were very useful for us because we had a pile of clothes that needed washing. It is located in a quiet residential area, but there is a bus stop nearby so you can easily get to the city centre of Galway. The other thing that was really helpful for us was that I was able to park my car without any problems.

Very cool and cozy cottage. Loved the decor and the all around vibes. The skylights in the roof were my favourite. The town was great and we had a great time walking around and checking out the local shops. Had a great stay here, would recommend.

A lovely little hideout, perfect for one person or a couple Claire's place is very peaceful and beautifully located - and very close to anything you may need e.g. shops, restaurants etc It is a well-furnished place, with the minimum kitchen equipment one may use. There's also a washer AND dryer, which is not often offered ... extremely helpful when the Irish weather turns to its wet side :-) Claire is extremely fast to respond to any queries; also very helpful - including offering local advice if you need it. All in all, I had a great experience and would recommend this place anytime!

Irene and her family were amazing hosts, making great recommendations, place was beautiful and immaculate, and we felt right at home! We would 100% stay at Irene’s place again and again!

From start to finish - our stay was just perfect! Aggie was such a welcoming & attentive host and we loved our stay in Drop Anchor!!! We’re a family of 6 and the apartment was perfect for us!! Every morning we did the hour walk / loop around the stunning lake & beach!!! It was pure heaven! And following Aggie’s recommendations - we had a yummy dinner in Oliver’s Seafood Bar & Restaurant in Cleggan and then hit Clifden the next evening and had a gorgeous dinner in Mannions & then over to Ravi’s for live music & a great trad session!!! We would definitely recommend Drop Anchor for a winter retreat! Aggie even spoiled us with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies after one of our walks and dips in the ‘Baltic’ sea 🤣🥶🤣! Thank you Aggie for being so welcoming & we look forward to coming back again very soon!!

Louise and her husband Maurice were great hosts! The place was beautiful and we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this to anyone coming to Galway. We will definitely be back in the future!

Hotel Ardagh just outside Clifden is the place you visit once and come back to for decades. The couple next to us were sharing their 34th year there. From the greeting by Briar at our entrance to the gracious farewell from Stephane at our departure, from the stroll through their biodynamic vegetable and flower gardens to the outstanding dinner above the ocean inlet, it was a first visit requiring more, much more. Of course our room was clean and comfortable. And the staff attended to every need. But the owner waited on us at dinner with such good humor and kindness that we spoke at length on our return to our room. Enjoy if you can.

We had a fab time staying at Inish Rua it was perfect and even though the weather turned out quite stormy which is to be expected in February in Ireland. We still had fun exploring Achill island and we had a very relaxing comfortable stay. My son’s favourite part was the pool table and play station in the games room which was a lovely addition. Hope to be back soon. Thank you for being so accommodating, we had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was easy to find thanks to Nicola’s clear directions. It looks exactly like in the photos – beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning nature. We slept so well! Nicola was very kind and welcoming, and we also had a lovely chat with her husband Cormac. We met two adorable cats during our stay, and they made the experience even more special. We truly hope to come back again someday!

Recomiendo totalmente el apartamento de Deirdre para tu estancia en Galway. No solo porque está en una ubicación muy accesible al centro de la ciudad y en un barrio muy tranquilo, sino porque Deirdre es super atenta, ayudará en todo lo que necesites y se nota pone mucha dedicación y amor para que los huéspedes se sientan a gusto. We were expecting a lovely stay but were not prepared for the stunning beauty surrounding the house itself, or the lavish hospitality we received upon checking in. Eilish is an exceptional host. Over our three-night stay, we enjoyed homemade scones, a bottle of wine, and cooked up our own Irish breakfast with ingredients she supplied in the fridge. We woke up early each morning just to bundle up and sit outside with coffee, watching the sunrise over The Burren and identifying as many bird species as we could around the property. The three-bedroom apartment upstairs was simply luxurious, each of us enjoying our own private bathroom, and breathtaking views out of each window. The home is pristine, beautifully decorated and conveniently stocked with everything you could need. Thank you, Eilish and Pat, for one of the best holiday stays we have ever enjoyed! We hated to leave!

This was a great spot!! Located close to a lot of the top sites on the island. Location is ideal, and the suite is so cozy and welcoming. All their recommendations for people to reach out to for tours were top notch. If you're looking for an Airbnb to rent on the island, look no further, you've found it..

We had a wonderful stay in Stefania's place. Beautiful accommodation, a very comfortable bed and a brilliant shower. The food in Linnane's restaurant was delicious, we ate there twice, and only a five minute walk from our accommodation.
