Our stay at Cozy Villa ЯR was absolutely perfect! The property was even better than the photos—spacious, warm, and beautifully designed with large windows offering breathtaking mountain views. The fireplace was a cozy touch after a long day of skiing. The villa was ideally located, just a short drive to the ski lifts. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we enjoyed making meals and spending quality time together as a group. Fitim was an exceptional host, providing clear check-in instructions and plenty of local tips . I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for relaxing winter escape. It’s hard to find the right words to capture what we experienced — it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime stay for both me and my friend. You might think, "It’s just an accommodation, how extraordinary could it be?" But from the moment we opened the door, we knew this place was different. We were greeted by the soft embrace of a beautiful scent and the soothing sound of relaxing music, blending seamlessly with the breathtaking scenery outside. It felt like stepping into a dream — peaceful, warm, and full of life. Every detail in the house was carefully thought out: everything was clean, of high quality, and simply made us feel at home. We found joy in every corner during our stay. And our hosts — what wonderful people! Their care and kindness went far beyond what we could have expected. Even though all instructions were already thoughtfully provided on the Airbnb page, they still offered us helpful tips and warm guidance, lifting the experience to a whole new level. Thanks for everything!

Our stay at Elena's cabin was nothing short of amazing. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed, clean, and peaceful, offering stunning views both in the morning and at night. Elena also had the wood stocked for a campfire in between the cabins, which made for a cozy, memorable evening. The swing nearby was a cute touch, adding even more charm to the spot. The local restaurant recommended by Elena was also a great experience. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway to decompress or just want a few nights of relaxation, this is the place. We will definitely be returning!

I stayed here for a month and loved it. The house sits at the end of the village, a short walk from the lake and a fair distance from the local dogs the get a bit excitable at times. The rooms and decor are a bit dated, but there's plenty of space and it's extremely comfortable. I loved my room on the second floor, which was at the front of the building, looking straight out at forested hillsides and obliquely to the lake, with a balcony and big windows to make the most of the view and create a lovely sensation of airy space. The shower was hot and the kitchen, although small, has everything you need; anything it doesn't have, all you need to do is ask Dean and he'll provide it. He's a great host, always friendly and willing to go out of his way to make you feel comfortable. His dad lives in the house next door and is also a wonderful fellow. Not much happens in Leunovo - no restaurants, bars - but you can swim in the lake and there's great walking in the mountains. Highly recommended!

Zoran was really hospitable person. Me and my friends really enjoyed in his house. It was really clean and comfortable place. Lots of room and they are big rooms. If we come back Tetovo again, we are going to clearly stay in this house.

Everything went well, I recommend this place. Special thanks to the owner for the office chair and excellent internet, it was very comfortable for me to work 😅
