This was a wonderful stay in a beautifully renovated home. The apartment looks like the photos and our stay was very comfortable. Everything is well thought-out, brand new and in great shape. Mattresses, bed linens and towels are of good quality. Location is very peaceful and not in the dead center of Rome. You can easily walk to many attractions (would take about 30mins). There's a supermarket 2 minutes away, making location more convenient. A couple of nice restaurants are within a few minutes walk as well. Asia was a great host and provided some great recommendations for activities and restaurants.

Andrea estaba muy atento a todo. A pesar no sabemos italiano, se mostro atento y se esmero para entendernos. Recomendado. Muy limpio todo. Muy agradable el lugar. Si visito nuevamente europa, me alojaria nuevamente en este lugar

This place was incredibly unique. Beautiful property and house. We marveled at its design everyday we woke up in it. There was something new to notice everyday we were there. We had already explored Rome by this part of our trip and were exploring the surrounding area with a family who was staying close to the location we were at. It’s quiet, close to a food store and was within a short driving distance to a lot of things/places. It was a nice place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of Rome for a little. To top our visit, we really enjoyed the sunset from the patio on our last night.

Το σπίτι του matteo ηταν η πρώτη μας στάση στο φανταστικό μας roadtrip με μοτοσυκλέτες στην κεντρικη ιταλία. Το σπίτι ειναι ίσως και καλυτέρο απο τις φωτογραφίες , πέντακάθαρο και απιστευτά στυλάτο. Στα μεγαλα του συν , που ηταν και προαπαιτούμενα για έμας , το άνετο και φυλασσόμενο παρκινγκ του που χωράει άνετα 2 μοτοσυκλέτες μεγάλου Κυβισμού.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit als kleine Familie bei Mirko in Rom. Er war stehts proaktiv und entgegenkommend. Der Garten und das Haus sind wirklich sehr schön mit tollen Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen. Die Hühner waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit frischen Eiern versorgt. Das Trampolin haben die Kinder auch viel genutzt. Das Haus liegt ca 20 min mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen, und ca 20 min von der Piazza Venezia im Zentrum mit dem Bus entfernt. Die Kinder haben mir gesagt, dass ich das Haus sehr gut ausgewählt habe, und sowas sagen Kinder selten!

La casa di Elena è in posizione strategica, vicinissima al mare. Ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative e si è rivelata comoda per raggiungere e visitare la citta', volendo però soggiornare in un luogo tranquillo. Ringrazio Elena per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità.

Dit is een oase in een hectische stad. Stefano is een fantastische gastheer. Het is wel een hele klim om de bus te bereiken maar eenmaal in de bus sta je in 30 minuten op het Sint Pietersplein. Het huis is van alle luxe voorzien. Het enige wat mist is een wasmachine. Wanneer je zoals ik, drie weken, verblijft moet je hierop voorzien zijn of een Lavanderia zoeken. Stefano heeft het ook aangeboden te laten doen maar dat vond ik niet nodig. Kortom een fantastische uitvalsbasis om Rome te bezoeken.

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

très beaux extérieurs avec une vue magnifique. accès par un petit chemin privé sur une plage. restaurant en dessous de la maison très sympa (un peu bruyant dans la nuit du samedi soir nous concernant). Daniela et Erik sont très réactifs. maison très agréable. quelques éléments à rénover.. electricite et salle de bain. un très bon séjour pour notre famille avec nos 4 enfants.

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Fantastiskt fint boende, vi var ett kompisgäng på 10 st, alla hade eget rum. Rent och fräscht. Nära till affär, något längre till stranden. Var nära tåg som tog oss in till Rom. Fina sällskapsrum. Poolen var perfekt, grillen testade vi också. Fanns allt man kunde önska. Trevlig värd, svarade snabbt på frågor om vi undrade något. Hjälpsam.

posizione strategica per raggiungere sia il mare che Roma in pochi minuti! la casa è pulita e accogliente, cucina e bagno accessoriati in ogni minimo dettaglio. Non abbiamo conosciuto di persona Daniela ma al telefono è stata molto disponibile, il check in ce lo ha fatto Tommaso che è stato efficiente e puntuale. Se volessi tornare da quelle parti lì sceglierei di nuovo!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida struttura e non possiamo fare a meno di elogiare l'ospitalità del nostro host, una persona davvero super alla mano, gentile e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. È stato attento a ogni dettaglio, assicurandosi che non ci mancasse alcun comfort durante il nostro soggiorno. La struttura è davvero bellissima e non osiamo immaginare quanto possa essere bella in primavera o in estate. È dotata di tutti i comfort immaginabili: sauna, jacuzzi super igienizzata, una piscina meravigliosa e un barbecue perfetto per pranzi e serate all’aperto. La casa è impeccabile, pulita e ben equipaggiata con ogni elettrodomestico necessario. Abbiamo soggiornato con degli amici e un’altra coppia e gli spazi interni sono molto ampi, comodi e accoglienti. Inoltre, la posizione è ideale: a soli 3 minuti c’è un bar con tavolini all’aperto e a 5 minuti un supermercato grande e ben fornito. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare per un nuovo! C&A

We were a group of 14 people and it was perfect for all of us ! Near to the metro, it was really easy to move around Rome even if it is a bit far from the center. Maurizio is an excellent host, really welcoming and always here to respond to questions. The Villa is beautiful and perfect for big groups, there are a lot of modern equipments. We will come back next time in Rome for sure ! Thank you Maurizio !!

La maison de Simona est un havre de paix. Une beauté, une tranquillité déconcertante. Il y fait bon vivre. Placée dans les hauteurs de VELLETRI , vous aurez une vue magnifique sur la ville et les montagnes autour. On a aimé ce séjour, on a aimé l’Italie. C’est à refaire. Simona est super sympathique, et répond présent à la moindre demande. Nous lui accordons une note de 10/10.

Il soggiorno da Paolo è stato indimenticabile e indescrivibile. Siamo stati accolti con un aperitivo e un frigorifero pieno. Paolo è stato sempre disponibile per eventuali domande e ci ha permesso di rimanere un po' più a lungo il giorno della partenza. La villa e il terreno circostante sono ancora più belli di quanto mostrino le foto. I letti sono molto comodi, l'aria condizionata nelle camere da letto funziona perfettamente e, in generale, c'è tutto il necessario a disposizione. Non ci è mancato davvero nulla. La piscina è semplicemente fantastica, con un'elevata qualità di permanenza. È possibile giocare a pallavolo, badminton, ping pong, freccette e calcio balilla. La cucina esterna e il barbecue hanno completato il soggiorno. Saremmo rimasti volentieri più a lungo, è stato un sogno! Grazie di tutto, Paolo!

**Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – einfach traumhaft!** Die Villa hat all unsere Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern bei weitem übertroffen. Schon beim Betreten war klar: Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt der Beschreibung im Inserat – wenn nicht sogar besser. Unsere Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich herzlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit darum bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Zur Begrüßung erwartete uns ein liebevoll vorbereiteter Korb mit Frühstücksutensilien und hochwertigem Kaffee – eine wundervolle Geste, die sofort für Wohlfühlatmosphäre sorgte. Die Sauberkeit der Villa war schlichtweg makellos – ich habe selten eine so perfekt gereinigte Unterkunft erlebt. Hier stimmt einfach jedes Detail. Der Außenbereich ist ein absoluter Traum: Ein wunderschöner Grillplatz mit typisch italienischem Flair, ein gepflegter Pool mit gemütlichen Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Einen Großen Dank an die Gastgeber unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als Übertroffen

Lovely place. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, fans in every room. Pretty much as described. The outside pool area was wonderful. Pool house with shower and toilet helpful. Covered dining area with fridge and barbecue was great. We (3 generations) spent most of our time there. Grounds well cared for and area well maintained. Thomas was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. A great holiday. Thank you Thomas.

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. My husband and I booked this Vila to host our immediate family the week of our wedding and it was PERFECT! The property itself was beautiful and was large enough that 11 people could stay there but not feel on top of each other. They had plenty of great amenities to make your stay even more comfortable and their communication was impeccable. It was a 8 minute walk to the train station which was amazing! Taking the train an hour up to Rome was a breeze. However- and it’s not a bad thing more like a heads up. We rented a large SUV (jeep compass) and the driveway is very narrow and tight! So just be careful when getting to the top. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely go back.

Giuseppe's house was amazing! It was perfect for our trip to Rome with 9 people. We traveled with 4 kids and they loved the yard and pool (although we didn't swim in it because the weather was a bit too cold). We rented a car and drove into Rome. It was about a 30 minute drive to the Parcheggio Saba Villa Borghese where we could take a bus or metro to anywhere we wanted in Rome. It was nice to stay outside the city, but be close enough to get in easily. Giuseppe and Flavia were responsive hosts and helped us out a lot. Highly recommend this place!
