Our group had an amazing stay at Chez les Duques! The accommodations were spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a group setting. The location was convenient. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend this place for groups looking for comfort and convenience.

Very close to Mall of Asia where we spent more time with the kids before they dropped us to NAIA Airport which is also conviniently close. Excellent communication, gave me very clear instructions, and answered all my queries promptly. Thank you again🙂.

The experience was truly wonderful! From the moment we booked until the time we checked out, everything went smoothly. The host was fantastic with communication. She was always quick to respond to all our queries, making the entire process easy and hassle-free. Her attentiveness really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself has a warm and cozy atmosphere. While it’s compact, it’s thoughtfully laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with almost all the amenities, which made preparing meals convenient and enjoyable. The air-conditioned sala and dining area were definite highlights for us, as they provided a refreshing and relaxing space to gather as a group. Although the two bedrooms upstairs didn’t have air conditioning, it wasn’t a problem for us since we stayed this month of December, and the weather was cool and pleasant. The breezy evenings added to the charm.

Both Charissa & Regine were exceptional in ensuring my stay at the Airbnb was smooth. Grateful to Charissa who was constantly quick to reply all my messages prior, during & after my stay! She resolved issues I encountered. She accommodated for me throughout my stay & also checked up on me where possible. Petite room with everything I needed inside!

great host who responded promptly to my questions and was super enjoyable to work with a great host from start to finish, I had also realized that the check out time was 11am when I thought it was noon, so i I had message the host @11:30 when I realized I was in the wrong , and he said no problem and do you think you would be out by noon as cleaners need to come , I said I'll be out in 10 min, great great host

My family and I had so much great time with the place. They had everything that I am expecting from an airbnb. The host and her family were very nice, and very accommodating, the place is so clean and I loved those decorations that they made and that booklet was very helpful as it has the massage I am looking for, and I was able to book a home service massage from their trusted massage therapist, which was the best massage I had so far. This is the place I would like to visit again and would recommend to others.

The house was clean and matched the description. It was cozy and all amenities were easily accessible. We attended a wedding and it was a very eventful 2 nights of stay. The surrounding area is quiet and transportation is easily accessible. As someone coming from the north, it was challenging to commute. But overall, it was a good stay and the host is easy to talk to, very flexible and considerate. I recommend this homestay for those who need to stay in the area.

I would like to thank Ms Regina again for accomodating us at such a late hour and in a hurry. I had to book this place last minute due to power interruption and needed a place to work at along with my cat. Ms Regina was the first one to respond to my message. The place was clean and neat when we got there. No clutter, and the sheets and towels are all clean and smells nice. The place is also quiet so I was able to work peacefully. Ms Regina was responsive and helpful throughout the process; she was patient even when repeating instructions to us. Really amazing service.

kleine aber sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt alles was man für eine kurze Aufenthalt braucht. Die Vermiterin Rosie ist sehr nett und freundlich und war bei jeder Frage immer erreichbar. Ich habe mich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Lovely apartment, very safe and very clean. The host was very friendly and responsive. Easy to find and not too far from the airport. Check-in was effortless. Pet friendly, it was ideal for my stopover with my dogs until our flight the next day.

I had a wonderful time staying at Darwin’s place. The place looks so good and I was able to sleep well during my stay, I feel right at home. The bed and super comfy and the bathroom is big. Kitchen area is equipped with everything I need to cook quick breakfast during my stay. What stood out the most is the host itself. Darwin is responsive before, during, and after my stay. I arrived a bit earlier than check in time and he was able to accommodate my early check in request. I’m looking forward to staying at his place again once I’m back in the area in the future.

Fantastic and cozy apartment, as exactly same as described and in photos. Kind, helpful, and very responsive host. The check-in process was incredibly easy and smooth, which made stress-free. Apartment is spotlessly clean, well equipped with all necessary amenities and everything works well. Excellent location. Everything in short walk distance. Yet quiet for peaceful rest. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose this place again for my next visit. Would highly recommend this condo apartment and the host.
