Master bedroom & ensuite bathroom are to the left side of the house with the second and third bedroom at the back.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Sleeping 4, our cozy little 3 bedroom, one bath, 800 square foot Bungalow is right off Middle Sound Loop Road. Close to everything, this little number is an absolute gem. Due to the pool and layout of the property, this home is not suitable for infants or toddlers. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. Guests love the location, privacy, pool view, & accessibility. 7 M to Wrightsville Beach 8 M to downtown Wilmington 3 M to Porters Neck 2 M to Mayfair shopping 1 M to Publix Grocery and Starbucks

Peaceful place

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe!!
