Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement. Le quartier est très sympathique et l'appartement est proche de la marina ainsi que des commerces/bars. Appartement confortable et globalement bien équipé même si il manque quelques ustensiles pour cuisiner. La piscine est un gros plus. Je recommande ! Merci

Appartement très spacieux pour 3 .. salle de bain dans chaque chambre .. très agréable...mais nous n'y sommes restés qu'une une seule nuit .. environnement en construction.. proche aéroport mais bien isolé.. ce que nous avions recherché.. ne pas oublier de prendre adaptateur pour prises électriques si vous souhaitez recharger Je pense parfait pour un séjour plus long Encore merci à Ibrahim pour sa réactivité à notre arrivée tardive

Bader was a great host, really friendly, quick to communicate and help/deliver anything we needed. The apartment was clean (although a little wear and tear is showing) and had plenty of space for cooking and hanging out. We appreciated having access to a washing machine and clothes dried quickly on the balcony. There is is a grocery store downstairs which was handy (also makes a good drop-off point for taxis) and parking was free and easy. Thank you again for hosting!

Abdulla was very responsive and let us check-in early. The apartment was absolutely amazing, it was better than what was advertised and was clean and spacious. The location is great, especially if you want to visit the Daymaniyat Islands as the port is a 4 min walk away. The surrounding area is lovely, modern and clean. The beach and shopping mall with a supermarket is very close by. I would definitely recommend staying here. There are also great restaurants within walking distance and the airport is a 10 min drive away.

オマーンの海近くにある建物の最上階にある部屋。P階と案内があるけど、本当にP階が存在する。 内装がとってもかわいく、まるで日本のかわいい部屋にいるみたいでオマーンにいるのを忘れてしまう。 ・ベッドルームは2つあり、ダブルルームとツインルームがある。計3人泊まれる。 ・コンセントはBFタイプ。 ・キッチンあり、調理器具がかなり揃ってるので、本格的な調理も可能。冷蔵庫も大きく、コンロも4口。設備が機能しないということは無かった。 ・お風呂が2つあるから混まない。トイレ（手動ウォシュレットつき）もドライヤーも2つある。 ・あくまで日本の基準からすると温水シャワーの水圧がかなり弱め。洗えなくはない。 ・最上階角部屋なので非常に静かで、音に敏感な人でも安心して泊まれる。街から離れているので、アザーンや車の走行音も聞こえにくい。（隣の部屋はベッドのある部屋と接していない。） ・OTAXIでここに行くことはもちろん簡単だけど、捕まるのも簡単。ちゃんとすぐ捕まる。空港からはOMR4、モスクやオペラ劇場、アザイババスステーションまではOMR1.5程度（10分くらい）。ニズワやバハラに行くのも便利な立地。 ・洗濯機（しかも洗剤つき）があるため、持って行く服を減らせる。 ・セルフチェックアウト＆セルフチェックイン。チェックアウトは手順がやや複雑だけど、計画が詰まってても泊まれる。 ・ハウスルールは多めだけど、日本人からしたら当たり前のこと（礼儀みたいなもの）が大半なので、それほどマイナスポイントにはならないと思われる。 ・土禁である。これも日本と同じ。 ・衣紋掛けがあるので、服の管理が楽ちん。 とにかく、とってもオススメな部屋です。

Abdullah apartment situated in one of Muscat prestigious area Almouj . Close to The Marina where many Restaurants and Hotels like the Kempenesky . Well recommended . The host is excellent and always ready to help .

Otelin sahibi Mr.Baseel, çok iyi ve yardım eden biri. Havalimanından otobüsle ve biraz yürüyerek toplam 20 -25 dakika da ulaşabilirsiniz yani havalimanına yakın olması avantaj.Kendi yemek pişirebileceğiniz mutfak var.Bedava kahve. Oturma odası çok güzel ,LED TV, kitaplar ,müzik aletleri ve yeni insanlarla tanışabilirsiniz arkadaşlık ortamı var. Çok tatlı bir Scottish Fold kedisi var.😇 Marketlere ve Restoranlara yakın.İlk gün yolları biraz şaşırabilirsiniz mutlaka Harita uygulaması kullanın ilk gün. Yeni insanlarla tanışmak sosyalleşmek ve havalimanina yakın yerde konaklamak isteyenlere tavsiye ederim

Khalid is a kind-hearted and wonderful host, offering to help when he can. He welcomes his guests with open aend and treats you like a good friend. We had some lovely conversations; he is an intelligent and interesting person to talk with. Also he is knowledgeable about Oman, and is happy to give you a tour. I wish I could spent more time. Thank you so much!

I stayed at Naz Airbnb for a couple of month, he was welcoming, always ready to assist and helpful, he made my experience arriving in muscat great, as for the surrounding area, there are many things to do, from parks to malls, everyday I found something new, if you come from a big country than nothing is far from you, people are nice and welcoming and you won't feel that you have to be aware of your surroundings the whole time like in other countries, I totally recommend it and thank Naz for making it an easy stay for me.

the place was amazing .. much better than the photos .. the beach was near. we accessed the Jumeirah muscat bay hotel with a paid daily pass since we didn't brought an umbrella with us .. still anyone can use the free beach.. much recommend

A very nice place which has perfect location. The area has a lot of restaurants, streets to take walks, sometimes there are even some events on the main square. Abdulla is a very good friendly host, he responded very fast and checked on us from time to time :) I would definitely stay here again!

A very hospitable host. Everything was as described and beyond. Really enjoyed the stay and will try to book with Abdullah for my next visit. The amenities around the residential were adequate and enough to save the trip far for the kitchen essentials. Access routes were very much of comfort to drive around the Muscat and way back to apartment.

Excellent séjour de 2 nuits. Conforme à la description. Tout est impeccable dans l’appartement. L’emplacement est parfait au sein du quartier Al Mouj avec un très beau cadre et tout à proximité (restaurants, shop, activités) accessible à pied. Parking souterrain avec très bon emplacement pour accéder à l’appartement. Enfin, Abdulla est très réactif et disponible si besoin.
