You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We are a block away from the Applegate Trail head which will take you to Coler Trails where you can ride trails, play in the creek, and enjoy a coffee at Airship. We are also minutes away from Downtown Bentonville, and several other yummy destinations. Our garage has been designed with the biker in mind with bike tools and extra bikes.
