Cozy home on Lake Eufaula. Just 5 miles off of I-40 and 7 miles from Hwy 69. At the doorstep of Lake Eufaula State Park and Marina. Neighborhood boat ramp is 1/2 mile from the house. Bring your lake toys with covered parking for multiple vehicles and boats. Two secured garages with electric for charging. One can fit an 18 foot bass boat or bigger (see pictures) and the second can fit smaller boats and jet skis. In addition we are 14 miles to Eufaula Cove Marina.

Fishermen and duck hunters welcome. Plenty of space for boat trailer parking. The backyard has a refurbished deck and will soon be fenced in for your dogs. Please no smoking inside the house as everything is new. Have fun with your family and enjoy your stay!
