A very comfortable place to stay. the apartment was very comfortable with everything you need. Parking was a bit tight at times when getting out, but minor. We would love to stay again, thank you Paul and Daphne

Bedrooms were really super. Whole apartment was decorated and fitted out to a very high standard. Kitchen had enough equipment to do a breakfast / snack or microwave meal but there is only a microwave oven and rings. Access was via a smart lock which was very easy to use and worked really well - much better than usual Lockbox. Extremely convenient location. Short walk to Torre Abbey and the seafront.

Kim’s flat is exactly as pictured, me and my partner had such a wonderful stay, we felt right at home immediately and felt so lucky to be staying in such a lovely spot! I would recommend this stay to everyone, thank you so much!

Great apartment with stunning views, plenty of space with access to a lovely balcony and garden area. Friendly helpful hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will hopefully return again.

Had a great stay at Dan’s place. It’s a great location, very central but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with Dan was great and it was very easy to check in. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Exeter 🙂

Pauline was a lovely host and ensured we were well looked after. The accomadation was quiet and comfortable with great views, outside space and a fab bed and shower. The cake was also delicious. This is a great place to stay if you’re considering a trip to Salcombe. Definitely try breakfast at the Salcombe coffee shop.

had a fantastic stay! great travel links and only a very short walk to the train station or into the city centre. the flat was very clean and tidy and had everything you need for a holiday or longer! Although we didn't meet Leane in person, we did speak on the phone and she was very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone! thank you for a lovely stay!

Great stay in Torquay! Clean apartment in a peaceful location, close enough to the beach, shops, etc. Comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen, and quiet at night. Host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We have just returned from a weekend away staying at this property. It was immaculately presented with lots of personal touches. The host was lovely and extremely responsive to messages. Would happily return and would recommend to others.

Great apartment right in the centre of Dartmouth surrounded by fantastic restaurants, independent shops and activities on the water. The space was characterful and easy to use. Hosts were really helpful.

Excellent accommodation, exactly as described and finished to a high specification. There is a garage to park in at the property but access is tight 6feet width! You would certainly struggle with a large car, we had a VW Golf and it was still quite tight. There is some free on street parking but this is rarely available. The property is a perfect location with a few minutes walk to the town, market and the sea front. Therefore there are several good restaurants, cafes, etc within easy reach. There are 26 steps from the street up to the door of the property and they are quite irregular. There are also steps between some rooms inside the property (2 flights of 3 steps and one single step down into the bedroom. Needs considerationvfor anyone with mobility problems. So overall, if you don’t mind the steps and a tight squeeze for your car (or no means of driving up to the property if you have a large car) then this is an excellent property to stay in. Highly recommended.

Back down in Plymouth for a couple of days and this was the second time I’ve stayed at Emma’s lovely air b n b. It is immaculate, so clean and bed really comfy. There’s a folder with instructions, phone numbers etc. Milk, bottle of water, tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, hand soap and a little pouch of shower gel! Emma thinks of everything. And the private parking space is perfect for me as I was on my own so I felt safe and secure. It’s on a side street on the Barbican not far from Plymouth gin distillery. So even though it’s close to many bars and restaurants it’s still peaceful and quiet. Short walk to the hoe and seafront. I will definitely stay there again. Thanks Emma

The farm was in a beautiful setting, with gorgeous views. It was peaceful and spacious for our large family get together. Salcombe and the surrounding area is very lovely, with some challenging roads, but thats Devon! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and private. The kitchen was excellent and very well equipped and Freya was helpful and friendly from the start and super responsive when we had a minor query. We loved our stay, would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Great communication from before I booked it as I had a few questions. Very accommodating with my requests and clear instructions. A home from home. A lovely welcome pack for when we arrived. Spotlessly clean. Extremely comfortable beds. A lovely hot shower with some good power to it. Had absolutely everything we needed including toilet paper, washing up liquid and towels provided which is very rare in a caravan. Even had a coffee machine with a selection of different coffee pods. Lots to do on the site and access to the neighbouring site too. Also only a 10 minute drive to Torquay so plenty to do. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.

We had a lovely stay at Sheila’s place. The views are beautiful and it’s a very quick walk down to the beach. The flat is bright and well equipped, and we felt very at home with our daughter (4) as there are lots of children’s books and games. There were also some lovely touches which were thoughtful as well. Thanks for a special stay! We hope to come again.

Excellent communication and always accessible. Caravan was positioned really well, it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle from the front. Easy to find, with host providing good additional information about the area. Lovely area to explore both on foot or by car. Good facilities on site and useful site staff. We had a great time.
