Wow, this place is beautiful. We extended our stay from 3 nights to 5 nights as there was so much to do nearby and we wanted to spend some time at the house which had the most incredible views. The local people are very friendly and we felt very welcome. Even though we didn’t have a car there was a lot in walking distance including restaurants. Don’t miss out on the local nature trails, they are incredible.

We enjoyed a peaceful and rejuvenating stay at this cozy home in Nam Nao, Phetchabun. The terrace view is breathtaking-perfect for reconnecting with nature, observing birds and butterflies, and unwinding. The house is clean and comfortable, with a soft bed. A shabu pot is provided for Korean BBQ under the stars, and a well-stocked bookshelf offers English books on psychology, self-development, travel, architecture, and philosophical topics like the existence of god. The neighborhood is very quiet. There’s a fresh market 10 mins down the hill at the intersection, with 7-Eleven and Lotus’s Go Fresh about 20 minutes away. Nam Nao National Park, nearby, has several hiking trails. When we left, we took a drive up the hill and eventually reached Loei - the route is filled with scenic views, charming restaurants, and small resorts. If you have time, that drive alone is worth the trip. Overall, an excellent stay for anyone seeking nature, relaxation, and inspiration. Recommended!!
