This charming studio casita is situated on a hillside with the best views of sunrise and moonrise over Lake Atitlan as well as fantastic canyon views. Very private, quiet, lovely gardens, kitchen. Perfect for a single person or a couple. Min. 2 days Santa Cruz is only accessible by boat and is known for its beauty and tranquility. There are some good local restaurants along the lake shore plus kayak rentals and great swimming at the foot our our hill. Hiking is also wonderful in our area.

Podrás llegar al centro del pueblo a pie en 5 minutos (subiendo). Es un lugar ideal para personas que viajan solas pues no hay que caminar por caminos aislados ni alejados para llegar.

The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.
