Well, before I reached Reshma's place, I received her text with all the details. She greeted me very warmly, which is something every Airbnb host should learn. The rooms were very clean and nice, the washroom was spotless, and the view from the room was amazing. It was a very peaceful place, just 25 minutes away from Baba Neem Karoli's spot, around 9.7 km. The only thing was that the kitchen seemed a bit less clean, but otherwise, Reshma treated me very well. Thank you for having me!

Stayed at their beautiful place with the coziest home pretty close to Nainital Mall Road. Amazing Hosts, Extremely Courteous, and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They have made sure they provided us with not just the amenities but also with proper guidance and feedbacks about the City as a whole. We had a 3 week stay and it was just fabulous! The balcony is the best part of the house. The view from balcony is much much better than what you get to see in pictures. We kept thinking if we could extend our stay. No one in my family felt like going back. House has great positive vibes! Bushra is truly an awesome host. She was always available for almost all the things whenever required during our 3 week stay! I certainly want to go back and stay in the same house in near future. If u want to stay away from hustle bustle of the city yet close to move around by car and see all the tourist place then this is the place to be in! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, Advaya Stays is the place to be! The tranquility of the location in Sunderkhal is unmatched. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessities. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Took my parents out after a long time. We loved our stay there especially the private garden area, pretty well maintained with a lovely view! Location was also prime, we wanted to visit primarily Kainchi Dham & Golu devta, both were pretty close. There are also a lot of premium cafés to eat and enjoy your evenings at. Even if you want to eat local and simple food, Sattal is nearby having a lot of local joints to eat from. All in all we loved mostly everything about this property! :)

The place is great and the view is amazing. The food is good too and pretty reasonable. The path to the place is a bit tricky but otherwise all great.

The stay felt homely and the host was very responsive. Mr. Kailash, the caretaker of the property, was also helpful in guiding us to reach the location as we arrived quite late in the night and the road towards the end was steep and narrow.

Firstly, the property has simply the best view of Bhimtal Lake. It's a beautiful place where you can spend time with your loved ones. The rooms also are facing the lake . The host is very helpful and friendly. It felt like home. As I am a local here I visit different properties but the Pencil House is one of the best property that I have been to in Bhimtal. Definately would recommend people to experience the beauty of this property but would also request the visitors to keep the place clean. Thank you Chitra Ji for the lovely stay ❤️

I just returned from an incredible adventure at Da Alohas Homestay, and I couldn't wait to share my experience with you. From the moment we arrived, the team at Da Alohas made us feel like cherished guests. The hospitality was top-notch, and it truly set the tone for our stay. The property itself is absolutely stunning, nestled in a serene environment that offers breathtaking views. I must say, enjoying lunch with such an amazing backdrop was a highlight of our trip. The scenery is so picturesque that it feels like you’ve stepped into a postcard! One of the standout aspects of our stay was the food. The chef at Da Alohas is a culinary genius! Each meal was a delight, showcasing a menu that speaks for itself. We savored every bite, from local delicacies to international favorites, all prepared with such care and attention to detail. If you're looking for a getaway that combines relaxation with adventure, I highly recommend visiting Da Alohas at least once.

Really had a amazing stay , harsh bhaiya is a great host , the food was amazing the view from the property is serene.

The stay justifies the name ‘abode in heaven’ plus Kesar (caretaker) cooking was cherry on top. The stay is 10/10 in every sense - the location, the view, the food and the service. We stayed there for 2 nights and everything was perfect. The house looks like exactly the same as it shows in the pictures. The caretaker Kesar is a gem kinda person. He is talkative and tells you everything you ask. He is a wonderful cook as well. There is little ventilation issue in the lower ground floor but that can be resolved by switching on the bathroom exhaust and leave its door open. Not a big problem at all considering everything else!! I would recommend this stay without giving a second thought.

The host was veryyy nice. She was always there whenever I required help. The place was clean and comfortable. The view was also beautiful. I have no complaints with the place or the host or the services. Only one recommentation to the guests, this place is 10kms away from Nainital so if you are planning to commute by bike and with females then I will advice you to book a place near to Nainital.

Our stay at Plumeria, Deodar Cottages in Sattal, booked through Airbnb, was perfect for our visit to Neem Karoli Dham. The cottage’s scenic surroundings and peaceful ambiance made it an ideal place for a family getaway. The property was exactly as shown, clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with a kitchenette—perfect for preparing our own meals. Our host, Shomya, was wonderful, responsive, and even provided indoor games that our child loved, adding a thoughtful touch. Located conveniently, it took only 35 minutes to reach Neem Karoli Dham, 20 minutes to Bhimtal, and 45 minutes to Nainital. We highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a homely retreat amidst nature, close to major attractions. It’s a place we’ll definitely return to!

Not too far but still located at an untouched place. Place is easily reachable for an average driver. Balcony provides really beautiful view of the mountain. Its surrounded by peach trees which is very rare to see for people from plain. House has all necessary amenities. Rooms are quite big. You will feel at home. Caretaker cooks whatever you ask him and is a good cook. Overall a very satisfactory stay.

My stay at this cozy mountain property was an absolute delight. The interior of the place was beautiful and made it felt like a home away from home. The property location is amazing, so calm and peaceful amidst of mountains. One should definitely take a walk down the village there for beautiful views. The host was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for an awesome stay experience.
