Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Our family house is a traditional Dalmatian stone house built only 6 m from the sea on the property of 1500 sqm hidden in the shadow of 50 year old Mediterranean trees. Those who want to spend their vacation in the quiet place next to the sea should come to us – to our little village of Bobovišća na Moru on the southwest side of the island.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.

The apartment is located in Deoklecijan's Palace in the heart of Split. Obligation of the landlord (me) to register every guest staying in the apartment in the evisitor system in order to have a legal stay in the Republic of Croatia (required by Croatian law). I ask the guests during their stay in the apartment to fill out a form so that I can register then in the evisitor.
