beautiful accommodation! whoever is taking care of the property is doing a fantastic job, the gardens are immaculate and it is a little mountain oasis! the staff made our stay as easy as possible, nothing can't be communicated using Google translate. I will say the location is a bit tricky. luckily there is a bus stop right out the front, but buses going into alishan are packed and getting on this far up you are likely to be standing for the next 40 mins up windy roads. it's also not really walkable to restaurants either but luckily the staff offered to pick up food for us in town.

I took my family to stay at the cabin for two nights. Had a lot of fun and quality time with my family. The nature was amazing and it’s close to some famous attractions.

the host was super super helpful and really put in a lot of effort to make us comfortable. we have learnt so much about the trees planted around the vicinity and we could see so many stars when the host brought us on a stargazing tour! the morning breakfasts were absolutely delicious homemade by the hosts themselves. Not to forget, they were so proactive in ensuring our safe journey after checking out. They really went out of their way to help us and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay there!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The room was spacious, and we absolutely loved the huge windows that let in so much natural light. It made the space feel extra cozy and relaxing. We had a great night’s rest and woke up feeling refreshed. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful—they even went out of their way to drive us to a nearby teahouse we wanted to visit after we checked out, which was such a kind gesture! The complimentary tea bags in the room were a lovely touch—we enjoyed them so much that we ended up buying some to bring home! But the highlight of our stay? THE BREAKFAST. So fresh, so delicious—we still think about it all the time! If you’re looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay with amazing food, this is the one. Highly recommended!

Lovely, warm, and beautiful. My wife and I stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. First of all, the garden of the house is beautiful and all were carefully taken care of by the owners. It really felt like you are being in a world entirely of its own. The property also overlook the mountains which further enhances our view and experience. The room we stayed at was clean, freshly remodeled, and very comfortable. We slept so well at night like we never had before. Breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty. Our host would bring us freshly brewed Alishan tea that was grown in the backyard. I even bought some tea from them! Our hosts were very kind and responsive. They are accustomed to hosting foreigners so they do not have problem communicating and warmly welcomes everyone. You will need to take a bus to the main Alishan recreation area. But even if we were to come to Alishan again, we will most definitely stay here again!

這次入住的房間與實景照片完全相符，沒有落差感讓人放心。一走進房間就被大片窗戶灑進的陽光吸引，整個空間溫暖又舒適。床鋪軟硬適中，非常好睡，一夜好眠後精神滿滿。整體住宿體驗很不錯，會想再回訪。

This stay was AMAZING! We have been on a long trip around Taiwan, visiting all of the major cities and sights. By far, this stay had been our favourite. We had a family of 9 and we comfortably fit in this property. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Everything was well furnished and very modern. The space felt extremely clean and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed for longer!

We had a wonderful stay in Alishan/Shizhuo! The hosts were incredibly friendly and even helped me carry my luggage, which made it much easier for me to explore Alishan early in the morning. The place itself is beautiful, with a fantastic view of the tea garden—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Highly recommend this stay!

Jia Ling's place is beautiful, as described, and looks bigger than in the photos! You can comfortably fit 4 people and still have lots of room. The view is beautiful! Make sure to visit their tea plantation and factory — located right above the room! Jia Ling herself is very warm and friendly! Though there was a language barrier (we do not speak Chinese) she answered all our questions and was very accommodating. We appreciated her help despite being busy running her business, and loved the tea that she so kindly served us :) When taking the bus, ask the driver to stop at WangFeng bus stop ahead of time. Cross the road, and you'll be at Jia Ling's place, which is located right next to a restaurant. Tip for first timers: You can pay for the bus once you get on (we spent some time looking for a ticket booth in Chiayi HSR haha) When we come back, we'll definitely take a car instead, as it'd make accessing Alishan and the nearby trails much easier.
