Je ne peux que recommander le logement de Hans, déjà s était une personne très réactive,le logement est entouré de tout ce que souhaitait visiter, on a tout fait a pieds, et la cerise sur le gâteau était quand il nous a laissé le logement Jusqu'à 15h30, franchement rien à dire. si ce sera à refaire on reviendra chez lui sans hésitation. De ruimte is ruim en ziet er uit zoals geadverteerd. We waren met 7 personen en hadden genoeg ruimte om ieder ons eigen ding te kunnen doen zonder elkaar in de weg te zitten, maar ook om gezellig samen te eten. Op loop afstand zitten allerlei winkel waar Laurent je precies de route naar de leukste kan wijzen. Laurent is een erg vriendelijke en goedlachse man, hij vind het leuk om je tips te geven over de omgeving. Verder reageert hij snel en is erg flexibel in aankomst en vertrek tijden. Al met all een hele fijn tijd gehad in zijn airbnb.

Caroline est quelqu’un de très bienveillante ! Nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème et les discussions étaient fluides et très sympathiques! Son logement est super, petit nid douillet ! Les alentours sont calmes. C’est idéal si vous voulez être loin de la cohue de Bruxelles. On peut aller en ville grâce au métro (9 stations environ 25 min en tout porte à porte) c’est vraiment idéal ! Je recommande fortement ce logement !

De woning is heel licht en ruim. Nog meer dan je door de foto's zou verwachten. De omgeving is rustig en toch heel dicht bij het centrum. Munire is heel aardig en behulpzaam. We voelden ons meer dan welkom. En bonus was dat er 2 lieve katten in huis waren. Ik voelde mij er erg thuis.

Todo tal como se ve en el anuncio. Muy buena relación precio/calidad considerando la zona donde se encuentra (en general es una zona cara pero el departamento es amplio y a buen precio, con todo lo que se necesita para una estancia agradable)

Perfect location with excellent restaurants throughout the neighborhood and easy walking distance to the Grand Place, museums etc… if walking isn’t your thing, public transit is readily available. Flat is exactly as listed. Christophe was very proactive with information and ensured our arrival went smooth. An absolutely stunning flat. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay, lovely place and it was much bigger than it was in the photos. Close to many restaurants and cafes. Would 100% stay again we loved it !

The apartment is decorated well; it looks nice and is well stocked, with a comfortable couch and bed. Wifi was great. The location is great as it is one block from the center square with dozens of great restaurants and shops and right next to the cathedral and the fort funicular goes right overhead, just a couple minutes walk to the river for a nice nature trail. A couple of things to note - the apartment can get noisy, as it is in the middle of the social area for all the neighbors. Expect people to be in the front and back of the place 24/7. If you are needing peace and quiet, this may not be the place for you. Also, there's no AC or fans provided so it was very hot on the 80+ degree days. Also, it is pet friendly, but the stairs are definitely too vertical for dogs, so be prepared to carry them from level to level if you bring them along.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, die Lage und Ausstattung der Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Es ist alles genau wie bei Airbnb beschrieben, vielleicht sogar noch schöner. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

L'accueil est touchant. La maison est spacieuse, bien située, bien aménagée, bien équipée. Tous les jeux sont un plus. Ils ont été appréciés par les jeunes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, il y avait de la place pour tout le monde. Les différents niveaux, la terrasse, le jardin, le grand parking, permettent d'avoir chacun ses espaces. Le jardin clôturé est appréciable pour les chiens.

Nous avons plus qu’apprécier notre weekend au sein de ce gîte aux airs de chalet de montage. La décoration est magnifique ! Tout est bien pensée et mise à disposition. Ce lieu est le lieu idéal pour des week-ends cocooning !

We were a group of 9 people. We had an absolute BALL at Casaflows establishment. The house was utterly stunning and had even more wow factor than the images. The accommodation is just a 5 minute walk away from the metro service so easily accessible for the city centre. The accommodation was comfortable, very clean and worth the price. The check in was rather late however due to the easy city links this wasn’t much of an issue. I must say, one thing that isn’t on the listing is that you have the be quiet by 9pm which wasn’t an issue for us but must be something to think about. The neighbourhood for the accommodation was quiet and friendly with lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance and a super market less than a 5 minute walk. The team were very very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. The team were kind and really made us feel at home. We all felt right and home here in Brussels and we were very sad to leave! We couldn’t recommend this house enough!

We had a lovely stay at the house, it is beautifully furnished and appointed with great taste. There was everything we could possibly need for our stay. It is conveniently located, not too close to the city centre but only a very short walk from Abbaye tram stop which goes straight to the centre, or to change trams and go to the European quarter. There is a supermarket close by as well, and park areas to walk around. The house is quiet and comfortable, and provides plenty for space for a family or group, provided you don't mind stairs! It would have been fascinating to have had some information provided on the history of the building and neighbouring properties, as I am sure it has quite a story to tell. Many thanks, Alexandra!

Tout était parfait pendant ce séjour pour notre groupe de 10 personnes. L'environnement, les deux maisons, la décoration, les équipements, la propreté, la proximité d'activités diverses, les services de restauration à domicile, tout était très au top. C'était parfait pour notre team building. Certains des participants ont dit qu'ils voulaient revenir avec leur famille très bientôt. C'est vraiment qu'ils ont aimé. Une mention très spéciale pour notre hôte, Sarah qui a été bien au-delà que ce que ses invités seraient en droit d'attendre. Serviabilité, proactivité, gentillesse, accueil, recommandations, etc. Elle mérite largement son titre de "Super Hôte".

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 9. Le logement est très bien et très chaleureux. Tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour Donna nous a donné pleins de conseils. C’était top On recommande si vous voulez être au calme et proche de Bruxelles
