I stayed here at the start and end of my trip, and got to keep a piece of luggage stored in between. It's a relaxing neighbourhood on edge of the city, but easy to reach with metro. Apartment is clean and has everything. You share the place with two other guests, so the only issue for me was another guest talking loudly at night. Otherwise good!

是一個很可愛的地方，給我一種回到大學宿舍感覺，附近生活機能很棒，有很多吃的距離捷運站也很方便(還有超多ubike站)，CP值高由於工作常需要前往南港展覽館所以對我來說是個非常適合的住宿位置。

사진보다 넓은 방이었고 벌레 한마리 없이 깨끗하고 아늑한 숙소였어요. 화장실도 계속 청소해주셔서 깔끔하게 쓸 수 있었습니다 ! 호스트 응답도 빠르시고 체크인을 늦은 새벽에 했음에도 친절하게 답해주셨어요. 후기가 없어 걱정했는데 시먼딩이 아닌 조용한 동네를 원하신다면 추천해요😊 다만 저희는 겨울에 가서 그런지 조금 추웠어요. 12월 쯔음에 가시는 분들은 따뜻한 잠옷을 챙겨가시면 좋을 것 같아요. (수건, 샴푸, 바디워시, 클렌징폼 모두 있습니다.)

Vicky is a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful. Her place is beautifully styled, creating a cozy atmosphere that truly feels like home. The room and amenities are exactly as shown in the photos, making for a comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to the MRT station, convenience stores, and a lively night market. Highly recommended, especially for solo female travelers!

非常適合在中研院工作的房子，步行15分鐘。到市中心的交通也很方便。房東夫婦很熱情提供幫助，也會幫忙提行李。房子前有小學的操場可以使用，便利店和超市都在附近。之後在台北還會入住

This is a great stay for the price. It's a small share house with 5 rooms. You get your own room, bed, desk, air conditioner & storage space--shared bathroom & kitchen. The kitchen isn't much. The bathroom is fine. The wifi is good, but on video calls, it usually cuts out for about 30 seconds every 10 minutes. The location is good: near a beautiful park, good food options, between 2 mrt stations, not far from the river, very near plenty of youbike stations. I learned that grabbing a youbike and cycling 3 minutes to kunyang is the fastest way to access the rest of the city. I learned to keep less trash, as you have to take it out yourself. The rooms are quite private and the common areas small, so the design isn't very conducive for meeting your roommates, which is a plus for some people, a negative for others. All in all, it's difficult to find your own room this nice for the price (around $325 USD, October 2024) in Taipei, so if this is your price range, it's a great choice.

Nice place. Very dry and cozy. Sheets and covers and bed are top quality. Very clean. There is a kindergarten downstairs; you can hear beautiful sound of children when they are out playing in the early afternoon. however, it’s very quiet during the evening and early morning.

Mike's place is a fantastically located Airbnb, just minutes from a station which is close to the main Taipei tourist areas. Walking around the area of kunyang you will find small restaurants that had some of the best yet cheapest food we had in Taipei! Mike's place was very very clean and cozy with a few extra touches such as free drinks, food, and fruit. Mike's hospitality was great and he was easy to communicate with, even holding our baggage for us for an extra two days! We highly encourage staying at Mike's place

The hosts are super friendly picked us up from the airport and were so friendly! The location is top notch with many restaurants shops groceries stores and the MRT station right next to it and the apartment itself is spacious clean and super cozy. I will definitely come back here next time again!! Thank you so much!

It was a super lovely place!

This is my second stay at this lovely Airbnb. I stayed here last year and loved it! This apartment is situation near the wetland park that is walking distance to the bus stop that will take you to the metro stations. There are local breakfast shops and other restaurants nearby along with a traditional market (about a 15 min walk). I love staying here because it also has a beautiful view of Taipei 101 and it’s quiet that it offers a nice relaxing atmosphere. The hosts are responsive, helpful, and friendly. I will always return here when I visit Taiwan! I highly recommend this place!

The property is accessible to Taipe Main station, Ximending walk street and other great local restaurants. The property looked better than expected is very spacious for the six of us. The family had a great stay, thank you once again.

Very good value for money, the apartment is actually accessible through a store. 3 flights of stairs to walk up and down, be strong ! The 3 rooms are independant and offer only a little bit of privacy. 2 of them don't have a window to outdoor. A few appliances need reparation, the owner now knows about it. The kitchen and equipment are super basic, but fine. One separated toilet where it's hard to stand and little space for the legs when seated. Another toilet is in the bathroom. The bathtub is not protected by any curtain, the shower handle not holding well. The highlight is the living room, very bright and spacious. We could not enjoy the terrace due to bad weather, which also showed the lack of insulation of the roof and the apartment in general. When it's 15°C outside, you feel the cold inside. The big window is oriented south and I believe it must be on the other hand really hot in sunny days. Anyway a very good place to spend a few nights in Taipei with my family, we enjoyed !

Smooth communications from day one and had a wonderful stay. The unit felt like home right away. I am always looking for a deal that carrys the quality and value instead of the lowest price. I will book this property again without any hasitation.

Sonam’s place was just as listed in the picture and very clean. The only thing that my parents were confused on was the tv situation. There is a tv but no local channels. Other than that everything was great. Sonam even let them check out later than 11am. Would definitely recommend.

Cindy’s place was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. It looked exactly like the photos as well, which was much appreciated. It had plenty of closet space and a nice bathroom and living area. Plenty to do and eat in the surrounding area as well. Cindy was a fantastic host. She greeted me upon checkin and made me feel right at home. She was super responsive and helpful when I needed some assistance with the washer / dryer, which was new. She also helped me with some local recommendations. Would love to stay again!
