Location and cleanliness were excellent. Outstanding place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay! We were looking for a cute and comfortable place to stay while we were in town for my daughters musical performance at WCU. Greta's house was perfect. It was very clean and beautifully decorated and is very close to the university. This is a great house!

A most awesome place. The location is beautiful, the house extremely clean and comfortable, and the amenities top notch. Would definitely stay again. Host communications were first rate.

We loved being able to travel with our dogs. The backyard was beautiful we enjoyed sitting on the deck as well as letting the dogs run free in the woods in the back! She was very responsive and a great host.

Great house in amazing location! The house has plenty of space and was stocked extremely well even for our large party. There are plenty of amenities within the house itself, such as a canoe, volleyball nets, ping-pong tables, a firepit and a grill, as well as in the surrounding area. Leah was responsive and easy to reach. It was a great weekend getaway and I would highly reccommend the house!

Easy check in. Hosts allowed early check-in because we arrived too early. Dog run available for use while we needed to get ready for different events. Well centered between Franklin and Sylva. Short drive to Georgia state line going South. Short ride to Waynesville going east. Follow hosts direction not to take Brendle to home. We have a 4WD Jeep and used it but would not recommend for small sedans or SUV’s/trucks. We also were able to get a delivery from Instacart for our groceries.

We had a great stay over Labor Day weekend. The home is very secluded with amazing views of the lake. Lisa communicated with us the entire time, providing a lot of information about the house and things to do in the surrounding area. Definitely recommend and hope to be back

Had a really nice stay at this home for our annual trip with the dogs to the mountains. The pups were in love with the open land to run and play. It was truly a cozy space with a lot to offer. We enjoyed the various activities set up around the property. Waking up to the beautiful mountain view never gets old!

Beautiful cabin. We had a wonderful time up in the Smokies! The cabin was close to so many fun things; zip lining, rafting, mountain biking, and the national park. The hot tub and fire pit offered a relaxing end to our busy days. The host was attentive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.

Gorgeous mountain retreat is a perfect way to describe this property. I found everything in the description of this property to be true. In my opinion Karla’s description was very humble and we found the property to be much better than expected. Entire family celebrated my father’s 90th birthday, and found the house plenty spacious for all of us. With full living space on the main level and downstairs we never felt crowded.The house was immaculate and very well stocked with items that were above and beyond any other property I’ve ever stayed in right down to the firewood. Directions were easy to follow and communication was always done in a timely fashion. If you want to relax, do nothing, enjoy the views this is the place for you. If you want to be active, go hiking, play golf, tennis, etc. this is the place for you. If you want to grill out and watch football with the gang, this place is for you. So if you have a large group, and you are looking for a mountain getaway, I recommend that you stop looking and book this property NOW!!

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking in, and the amenities were great. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and fishing along the river. The kids toys and games were a nice addition. Nicki was very friendly and responsive. We’d love to stay here again next year!

This was honestly our best airbnb stay to date! The villa is beautiful and view is unmatched. We loved the pool and the fantastic kitchen.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying here, from the home itself to the outdoors surrounding it was exactly the peaceful, serene environment we were needing. The house literally had everything that we could’ve possibly needed cookware wise and even cleaning wise because although we were on vacation in a neat freak and with 2 boys the messes are sure to follow. Our host was so kind and responsive and gave us so many wonderful recommendations for things to do with our sons. We did not want to leave 💕 thank you so much for having us.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The views from the house are incredible. It is very peaceful. The place was clean. Nina was very helpful and responsive when needed. We used the pool and hot tub, which was a short walk down the driveway. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

Mary Jo and Lina’s place was perfect for our family! It had so many kid friendly accommodations and was well kept and just a short walk to shops and restaurants! We loved our stay!

We loved the house. It was exactly what we needed and expected. The views were amazing. The pool table and games were a hit. Also having all the extra spices, condiments and coffee there was so helpful. It was a great home away from home. Nancy is so wonderful to work with, which made our stay even better.

We have loved both our stays at the Little Blue house! We stayed a few years ago and decided to come back and celebrate our anniversary by hiking the various trails, eating at the great local restaurants and then unwinding at the house. Our dogs loved exploring the grounds and creek! Karin was quick to answer our questions. We hope to come back again.

This is a basic but nice, quiet and scenic cabin that fits our needs. The new high speed internet is a real plus. Thank you!

First, the cleaning service: we went spur-of-the-moment, and both Melanie and her cleaning crew worked to make the impossible happen. I got to the location a few minutes before the check-in time, but the woman who was cleaning cheerfully worked with me, letting me get myself and my pup installed. The place was spotlessly clean and smelled incredible! The hosts helped me every step of the way. Google Maps had incorrect directions. I called Melanie and she answered on the first ring. Then she guided me to the actual turnoff road. And the place **is not** a cabin. It's rustic and secluded, but within 5 minutes of 'civilization', and no more than 15 minutes from downtown Murphy. And it's a spacious well-appointed house with nice grounds that our pups loved exploring, with the most peaceful view right outside the door of the wraparound porch. You can watch the small clouds meander through the valleys and mountain tops below you. Thanks, Melanie!

Place was extremely clean,close to main st highlands but far enough away to be quiet, Becky responded within a few minutes, had a fantastic time in highlands and surrounding area,we travel to highlands often, first time using a airbnb loved it!!Becky's a great host to work with.

Silvia's tiny home was amazing. It was so "homey" from the moment we walked in. She put so many amenities in this small space. And it didn't feel crowded at all. She thought of EVERY. SINGLE. DETAIL! The home was spotless! And the bedding was so comfy. I'll definitely stay there again when we visit WCU.

Five stars is not enough. Great location, comfortable, all you need is there and if it isn't Sean will make sure it is there in the blink of an eye.

Perfect location! The tiny home looked exactly like the photos. Marsha suggested using Waze for directions and that worked perfectly. As one other review suggested, parking could be a little tight if the other tiny house is occupied. Overall - we loved our stay. House was decorated so cute. It had everything we needed and more! As the description says, there is no internet provided. It was clean and super quiet! We will be back! Thanks Marsha!
