Kyoko was a fantastic host, who even met us at the door before arrival to allow us to put our bags in early! She provided lots of local recommendations, had a beautiful space, and even provided us food and other snacks! It is in a great location, 15 min from Nara Park and 5 minutes to Nara Station (if train noises keep you up, be sure to bring earplugs!) and I cannot say enough great things about this stay!

Masako è stata perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista, gentilissima e sempre disponibile, se dovessimo tornare in Giappone la contatteremo sicuramente. La casa è molto comoda, pulita e spaziosa. Consigliatissima. Vorrei poter mettere più stelle.

是一个会让人想起电影《小森林》（リトル・フォレスト）的山间小屋。远离人烟，但是安静祥和，坐在露台上听着门前水渠的流水潺潺，让人感觉非常治愈。 房子位于山中，来的路要一路穿山而过。因为担心我们找不到路，管理人特意开车来接的我们，让人安心。 一路上能看到整齐的稻田和山村，远处就是群山和晴空，或许对于生活在这里的人来说是日常景色，但是看惯了城市的高楼大厦之后，会觉得这样的光景壮丽又宁静。 房子内的基础设施很完备，房间，浴室和卫生间也很整洁。客厅里有壁炉可以生活，卧室里有空调，尽管山里的夜晚很冷，但是在房子里完全感觉不到。我们使用了冰箱和厨房，并借用了烧烤架和桌椅在露台烧烤，周围就是山林，安静得只有鸟鸣和流水声，体验很好。 之前担心晚上山里很黑会吓人，但是发现居住区是有路灯照明的，所以并没有什么需要担心的，第二天一大早，路上就有遛狗的老爷爷在巡视，让人觉得安全性其实很好。 另外，管理人非常热情好客，提前帮我们预定了当地的食材，鸡肉很新鲜，烤一下非常好吃。有什么需要的，只要联系一下很快就会送过来。 对了，如果时间允许，请一定一定一定要去管理人推荐的面包店，我在京都住了十几年，但是那里的面包和甜点是我在整个京都吃过最好吃的！！！

We had a lovely stay at this authentic and beautifully maintained Airbnb in Kyoto. It was perfect for two couples, with clean, separate bedrooms and all amenities thoughtfully provided. The traditional design added to the charm, and the washing machine was a helpful bonus. The only small downside was that the kitchen and dining area on the lower level were a bit dark, but overall, it was a comfortable and peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended!

Very nice 3 story house. It's right off the station and very close to 7/11. It was comfortable for 5 people, loved that each room had a bed. It was easy to contact the host and they were flexible with the check in time. Cons: Doors to the first and 3rd room are hard to open/close. Broke my nail trying to pull it shut. The sink in the restroom by the showers were surrounded by mold and mildew. It was not clean. We were pretty grossed out and disappointed with the cleanliness of the sink area. Overall it was comfortable for 5 people, situated a private quite area and accessible the station which made it easy to get around.

Kiyoko is very responsive and accommodating! The location is secure and very walkable to Dotombori and train stations. Elevator is inside the building.

Everything about the stay was great. Good location, clean and ver responsive. Would definitely look to stay again next time

Very nice and quiet apartment. Location is good. Easy to get there from Namba station. Near market and tourist area, restaurant and yet away from noisy places. Family mart nearby. Place is exactly on photos and very clean and neat. Host is very responsive and friendly. Very helpful in booking, queries, check in and check out. Great places

난바랑 가까워서 주변에 인프라도 잘 갖춰져있고 관리도 깔끔하게 되어 있어요 호스트도 친절해서 다음에 오사카에 오면 다시 머물고 싶은 곳입니다

素晴らしいお宿でした。 オーナー様は常に親切で、返信も早く的確で、こちらの要望にも寄り添ってくださいました。 子供も甚くお部屋を気に入り「ダーツの部屋にまた泊まる!」「海遊館よりお部屋の水槽見る方がいい！」と断言しておりました。 設備も最新型で、お風呂、キッチン、洗濯乾燥機、プロジェクター(アラジン)があります。ウォーターサーバーがあるのには驚きましたし、シーリングエアコンやガスヒーターまであり、花冷えの数日を暖かく過ごすことができました。 駅が目の前で、非常に便利な分、寝る時に外の音が気になる方もいるかと思います。電車のチャイム、救急車・消防車のサイレンもよく聞かれました。 耳栓も用意されていましたが、私たちは使わずとも、そんなに気になりませんでした。 むしろ、駅の真ん前だったので、帰路の疲れを気にせずに観光できました。 エレベーターはなく、階段のみですが、特段に足が悪いというわけでなければ、問題ないと感じました。荷物が多い場合には大変かもしれませんが、階段を登れる電動カートも用意されています。 細かいところまで気遣いが行き届いており、すこぶる快適な滞在でした。 心より御礼申し上げます。

Very convenient location in quiet part of town. I would come back to this place.

九条駅から歩いて5分位。 商店街とは逆側なのでお店は少ないが、ローソン、セブンイレブン、オリジン弁当があり必要なものは手に入る。 環境は静か。 事務所と作業場のビルの上なので、もともとは事務所だったところを改装したようなフロアですが、部屋は広く、内装はモダンでした。 必要なものはすべて揃っています。 パジャマは持って来ましょう。 1階の作業所にオーナーの方がいらっしゃったので挨拶したらチェックイン時間前にも関わらず荷物を入れていただけたり、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけたり、大変親切にしていただいた。オーナーさんとのコミュニケーションが出来て安心して宿泊することができたのは嬉しかった。 また利用したいと思います。

This apartment was perfect. We felt like locals for a weekend. The 7 eleven below was so convenient for the early mornings/ late nights. The unit itself was immaculate and very spacious. We were a 2 min walk from the river/ Dotonbori shopping and the fishing restaurant was two doors down- what an experience! Miwa was very helpful and responded quickly, easing our anxiety in a new town. We couldn’t love this place more! Allowing us to leave luggage after checkout was also so amazing! Thank you thank you thank you!

this is a most amazing place we have ever stayed with air bnb, kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking stuff and even various seasoning, bedrooms are superb.... Children have plenty of space inside the building and backyard for running, the space is more than enough for our 12 people group. ......... Perfect.......

Spacious, elegantly furnished and very peaceful. We loved the house and its location - right next to the Tōdai-ji temple and the Deer Park. We had a bit of an issue entering the house as the code given to us was incorrect … but was just a little hiccup in our overall stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone coming to Nara. We stayed 3 days and we could have definitely stayed longer!

A lovely authentic Japanese home. Well designed with all of the essentials. A nice quiet neighborhood close to amenities and the city center.

这次和好友一起去关西玩，在小黛家住了三个晚上，真的很棒，典雅的日式榻榻米别墅，内部装饰的也很漂亮，住在里面非常有代入感，别墅位处京都富人区，环境非常好，虽然不在市中心但配套设施很好，地铁和便利店都是极短的步行范围内。然后，小黛姐人真的超级好！很热心，入住之前不厌其烦的在微信上回答我各种问题，到京都当天更是开车来山科站接我们，然后给我们详细的介绍京都应该怎么玩，怎么坐车，还让我们碰到问题随时微信上联系她，最后一晚还拿出珍藏的红酒招待我们，给我的感觉不是房东，而是多年的好朋友在日本招待我。

It was a nice, almost four storey apartment. The place is 20 mins away from the station. But it was a nice walk from the station if the weather is good. The view from the place is great. You can see the lake and the mountain. We love the nature the most.
