Thanks for hosting us when we visited Napier. A beautiful, well appointed, clean and tidy apartment with absolutely stunning views, the apartment had everything we needed and more. Very secure, safe and quiet and secure carpark too. Will happily rebook when we return to Napier.

Lisl was easy to communicate with and very welcoming. The upstairs apartment was very cosy and comfortable. Lovely outlook to the garden, lagoon and sea.

This accommodation is perfect for a few days in Napier, if you have a car. It is situated right opposite the bay, and a short drive to the centre of town and has all the facilities you need. Shelley Is friendly, but not intrusive. The apartment is thoughtfully designed, clean and comfortable. We were sorry we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Our group of four adults thoroughly enjoyed our time at Roz & Michael’s apartment in Ahuriri, Napier. The luxury apartment was huge, modern, spotlessly clean and appointed to a very high standard with quality furnishings, fittings, linens and towels. The bathrooms and pantry were well stocked. There was covered parking for two cars and lift access to the apartment making it easily to move luggage. The view was so spectacular we spent two of the afternoons, of our short time here, at the apartment so as to make the most of it. The hosts were easy to communicate with very helpful and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a visit to Napier.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans l’hébergement de Jane pendant le festival Art déco de Napier. Nous avons utilisé Uber et marché le long du front de mer pour nous rendre jusqu’au centre. L’hébergement était parfait pour la préparation de nos repas et relaxer sur la terrasse le matin et en fin de journée. Nous recommandons sans réserve d’y séjourner.

Robyn's place was perfect. Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We also loved the location. Close to good coffee and restaurants!

Della is an outstanding host - warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was spotless and well-organised, with plenty of thoughtful supplies provided. One of the highlights of our stay was the washing machine, along with the generous amount of washing powder available - such a convenient touch. And of course, we absolutely loved meeting Billy the pup! He was a wonderful bonus, and our dog Midnight had the best time playing with him. We’d happily stay again!

Plenty of room. Beds all very comfortable. Bedroom at garden end could do with some space for clothes hanging/storage. Ideal place for a short stay right opposite a long beach.

We absolutely loved the late-century family home right at the beach front. It was extremely peaceful and although the beach wasn’t safe for swimming it wasn’t too far to get to Waipatiki or the Napier town beaches. The views are absolutely stunning - day and night! The home is very specious and flooded with sunlight. Highly recommend to experience it yourself 🤗

We had an amazing stay. The location right opposite the beach was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. The house was as described and I particularly like the living room - it was very cosy. Walking distance to some small shops, takeaway and a pub and only a short drive to Napier. Bron was great to deal with - highly recommend!

We had a really lovely 3 night stay at Black Cottage. Quality fixtures and fittings throughout with great attention to detail it was actually better than the photos! Easy walking distance to some fantastic eateries along a fairly busy road but pavements and crossing points along the way. Great and quick communication from Pete from day 1. Thanks so much

The house was perfect for what we needed and ideally located across the quiet road to the beach and walkways. House facilities were all we needed and comfy and clean. Think we’ll be back!!

Coming all the way from California to visit family in Havelock North, we were looking for something special — and we found it !! Honestly, the view from this home is spectacular. We all thought perhaps this was the ‘best view ever’ — a strong endorsement as this group has been traveling to the Mendocino coast in Nor Cal for years and years. We had the good fortune to be staying a full week and the recurring feeling was that we were ‘living in a painting.’ All rooms have clear views of Ocean Beach and the ‘casita’ adjacent is a very cool addition to the expansive home - cozy and romantic. A car is essential; as a first time ‘left side’ driver picking up a rental car at the airport in Napier, I found the drive manageable with only round-abouts. We loved our family lunch at Craggy Ranch, minutes away - and mornings at Maina for breakfast in Havelock North. It’s a fine walk to the point on Ocean Beach - farther than it looks, 5.1 miles EACH way !!
