The location is fantastic — just a stone’s throw from the metro, and only 10 minutes to the city center. We really liked the area because it feels local and authentic, not touristy at all. The house is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and full of natural light. Niko is lovely and very thoughtful, which made our stay even better. If I had to mention something, a few things felt a bit worn, and the place wasn’t completely spotless, which we expected. But honestly, it didn’t affect our stay. I still totally recommend it and would definitely come back!

家族と犬を同伴して滞在しました。チェックインはホストが到着時間に合わせて対応してくれて、丁寧な説明がありました。犬に対しても気配りをしてくださりとても良かったです。おかげさまで快適に過ごせました。

Stay at this nice and comfortable house for few nights. It was a very sweet stay, the host was well prepared, thoughtful, responsive and very helpful, even equipped with baby chair. Location is near two sub way stations and there are lots of local shops at walkable distance, convenience and eatery shop are easily accessible. It truly make me feel like long term staying, after the few nights over there.

We spent 10 days in the house in April 2025. The house was well equipped and everything was as described. There is a good rail connection to the center of Osaka as the station is very close but surprisingly, there is no noise from the railway. We used the house as a base to explore Osaka, Nara, Kyoto and Kobe. All these places are easily accessible by railway. Close to the house there is an excellent supermarket: LIFE. There are excellent instructions to all appliances in English and adequate heating and hot water. We didn't need the air condition but it is there. Beds are comfortable. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions. We were happy with our choice of accommodation and highly recommend it.

一戶建的旅居空間很大而且温馨舒適。入住當天我們很晚才到達（晚上10時多才到）但沒想到旅居主人還在等待我們，而且為我們搬行李及打傘，介紹屋內設施。旅居內一應俱全，還有小孩玩具及圖書，還提供很多旅居附近的購物及飲食資訊，寢室很舒適並備有充電插頭，樓梯還裝有小夜燈方便夜間下樓，而且有防滑地毯，洗手間內有毛巾抹手。亦有車位方便自駕人士。意想不到的是竟然有歡迎入住的信，真的非常貼心。性價比非常高，非常適合一家大小，有機會會再次入住，亦會給推介打算造訪大阪的親友。離開時旅居主人夫婦還親自相送！

It’s a beautiful spacious home. Just around the Main Street. Very supportive host, we interacted mostly using google translator. Many convenience stores near by. Great location

３度目の滞在です。寝具やタオルが清潔で気持ちよく、いつも満足度が高いです。なかなか予約が取れないお宿になってしまいましたが、また機会があれば利用したいです。

We had a wonderful time in Yuko’s apartment. Three bedrooms were really practical for us, with two young kids plus their grandparents. Yoko was very nice upon arrival.

Kyoko is an excellent host, in fact she’s probably one of the best AirBnB hosts we’ve ever had. Super responsive, really clear instructions and she came to see us the day we checked out which was a nice touch. The house is really well stocked - lots of towels, linen, kitchen stuff and bedding. Kyoko also fully stocked the fridge and left snacks! Unbelievable service! She also let us check out after 10 as we were a bit late leaving which was nice. The elevator is soo handy for taking big suitcases upstairs. The location is about a 1 min walk from Kyobate station which is one stop down from JR Nara. There is an onsen around the corner from the house which is really cheap and properly local. I’d 100% recommend staying at Kyoko’s place if you’re visiting Nara in a big group/family. We were group of 5 and had plenty of room. Reasonably priced and super comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Great hidden gem right next to Higashimikuni station. If you're looking for a place to stay near/at Osaka this place is perfect. Can't beat the price and location

Amazing place in an amazing location. My only comment is the have a Nespresso coffee maker. They provided a few pods, but when they ran out I was unable to find more anywhere nearby. I should have contacted them but found a couple of delightful coffee shops around the corner. I’d stay there again in a heart beat.

如果是有小朋友的家庭會非常推薦這裏喔！！我們這次是一家三代一起入住，非常舒服乾淨又寬敞，真的很享受，廚房設備非常完善，如果可以的話建議傍晚前就可以入住好好體驗，一樓和二樓都有廁所可以使用，非常方便，門口的草皮區域可以給小小朋友玩很安全，下次來一定會繼續選擇這家民宿，值的推薦的好地方！！

Hôte accueillant et réactif La maison est située dans un quartier calme , à 10 min de la gare ce qui est parfait pour se déplacer dans Kyoto. Tous les équipements indiqués dans l’annonce sont équipés dans la maison, qui d’ailleurs est très propre et très belle. Je recommande fortement ce logement pour votre séjour à Kyoto ! Satoru’s house was absolutely stunning; the house was immaculate and environment beautiful! We were only a 5 minute walk away from the Golden Temple, which made for a lovely little excursion. Satoru as a host was brilliant! He maintained quick communication with us, and drove us from the station to the house, giving us a quick rundown of the house before he left. He also gave a great list of local recommendations which kept us busy during our time in Kyoto! Overall, Satoru and his house were brilliant; if we come to Japan again, we’ll be sure to book here again!

部屋、浴室、ベッドなど清潔で快適でした。犬３匹連れての滞在でしたが、近くに２つの公園があって、交通量もそれほど多くないのでゆっくり散歩できてありがたかったです。唯一3階建てなので階段の登り降りが大変でしたが許容範囲。また機会があれば利用させていただきます。

Clean and tidy house tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood. This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway and our kids adored the Mario room!

Uzu ist ein sehr angenehmer und zuvorkommender Mensch. Sie hat uns viele gute Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem ist die Unterkunft perfekt, wenn man im traditionellen Japan schwelgen möchte. Der Aufenthalt war super angenehm und war ein großes Highlight auf unserer Reise. Das Kimono-Fotoshooting mit Uzu war eine wirklich einzigartige Erfahrung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Kiyoko is very responsive and accommodating! The location is secure and very walkable to Dotombori and train stations. Elevator is inside the building.

We stayed at Amy's Airbnb in Osaka for 3 nights with 4 adults. The house was clean and new, and everything was as described except for the bathrooms. There is only ONE full bathroom for showering, but there are two separate toilet rooms. The house has five beds across four bedrooms, which was perfect for our group. However, if you have someone who has difficulty with stairs, this house might not be suitable. It has three levels: the ground floor has one bedroom and a toilet room; the first floor includes the sitting room, open kitchen, full bathroom, and another toilet room; and the second floor has three bedrooms. Also, the address shown on Google Map isn't exactly accurate. The house is in the alley behind the nearby Lawson. You may need to spend some time locating it at first. Overall, we had a pleasant stay & appreciated the cleanliness and modern amenities.
