We truly enjoyed our stay at Wanda's place. Everything was so nice and relaxing. My son said "Ma, can we do this once a month". Whenever I am in need or know someone who is I will definitely keep Wanda's beautiful home at the top of the list.

From booking to end,great direction easy to get to. We had a wonderful time. Would stay there again.

They were friendly and welcoming. Communicated well and very responsive. Plenty of sleeping places and linens and very flexible

The Stowe Away was the perfect gathering place for our Air Force Charleston Crew! We felt right at home, and Dorothy was the most perfect and gracious host. We are looking forward to staying at “The Stowe Away” again in the near future!

Dorothy is a wonderful hostess, very attentive and accommodating. The rental house is cozy and has everything you need. There is plenty of space and access and parking is easy. Best of both worlds because there are plenty of restaurants and shops just 15 minutes away in Rocky Mount, the location is in a quiet country setting.

The home was comfortable and very clean. Beds were comfy . It was a very quiet neighborhood. Would stay again !

I enjoyed very much my visit to Wilson by staying at Paula’s apt A . It is very well maintained and it offers about everything you need. Nice kitchen and bathroom plus the single bedroom. I loved the privacy and the fact that it conveniently close to stores and more. Paula was super responsive and very accommodating. This places also has an option for loundry which I want aware of but it worked out perfectly. Thank you so much Paula.. until next time !

Loved this place! Great location for the event we were participating in. Exactly as pictured. The only thing I wish is that it had some starter soaps, etc. I was not prepared for there not to be any and did not have time that first day to go get some. Definitely not a deal breaker! The whole vibe of this place was amazing!

Everything was great. Convenient, easy to find. Walkable area. Bed squeaks a little too much, but that's the only compliant.

it was an amazing stay easy check in, only downfall was the front light wasn't working which it's pretty dark surroundings there. which she did have someone to try to come and check it out. Also the stay could have been more comfortable but the back windows don't have any coverings which makes the privacy lacking if someone wanted to look in they could, which isn't the safest. would stay again if I had to visit the area again.

We arrived after dark and the street around the unit has a lot of vacant spaces and was a little sketchy. After getting out the next morning though, we found it to be a beautiful street with a lot of potential. There is also train tracks that run right down the middle of the street with trains coming thru frequently but the noise was never an issue in the unit.

Watch the trains roll by pretty much all day from your perch above the tracks. We enjoyed it, and in the rooms, you are not bothered by noise at all. I would recommend keeping your voice low. Great experience, easy check in and flexible with checkout. walls are pretty thin.
