Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. My husband and I enjoyed our stay; the neighborhood/ home is historical and has a great downtown area to walk and see the riverside. We will definitely consider booking again!

My birthday weekend and Easter Sunday were truly remarkable. We rented the entire building, and everything was delightful. My family and I had an incredible time together.Parthesh was exceptionally responsive and helpful; his communication was outstanding. Parthesh was incredibly thoughtful, gifting me a bottle of wine for my birthday, which I found to be a lovely gesture. The Airbnb exceeded my expectations; the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything necessary for a short getaway. The rooftop experience was exceptional, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

From the time we arrived, the host was very responsive and was concerned about our needs. The apartment was beautiful and spotless, the beds were super comfy, and it was very peaceful. I miscalculated the dates we needed to stay, and the host was super gracious to let us stay another night. We will definitely stay there again!

The back half of a well made Florida bungalow with an open, sun room with a porch and backyard in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. A comfortably furnished with a modern bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Lawson is responsive and accommodating as a host.

Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at This place was immaculate, roomy, fresh flowers, every amenity you could think of (we even inquired a lot of crockpot, they didn’t have one, but ordered one for us on Amazon, so it was there when we arrived) Both Trevor and Sandra were very responsive respectful of our privacy, etc. Could not recommend this place more, super close location to the beach, very quiet location. Beautiful peaceful area, great location. Only things we didn’t like is the berry fruit trees making a horrible stain on my car in the parking lot and couldn’t help but step on them then got in the car floor. Kent is a great host, and we will be back!

This was such a clean and happy house! The backyard was absolutely perfect to entertain my two small children and the adults. Marina was VERY accommodating and responsive to all our needs. One thing to mention - this house backs up to 295 so it can be quite noisy at night. But, a positive to being right by 295 is that it is easy to get to everything, especially the town center!

The area is not far to a main street with restaurants, grocery stores, and clear access to highways. The grill was easy to use and the beds comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. We had a slight hiccup with check-in but the host was very responsive and flexible.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Family of six for three nights. Centrally located and nice accommodations. Communications were great. Thanks for the stay!!

We had a super stay at this house. Good location, relatively peaceful and well equipped. The place is very clean, modern and cozy. We especially enjoyed the back deck and spent nice evenings there. Kristi was friendly and responsive. Totally worth the price and would recommend to anyone staying in JAX for an extended time.

I travel often for work. This Airbnb by far has exceeded my expectations. Beautifully decorated. Very cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The AC gets ice cold and the bedroom ceiling fans make the room so cold you won’t even need an isolating fan. Relaxing porch glider to sit and relax also. I already booked my next trip! Everything was good. Place was clean. Awesome beach view from balcony!! Very responsive. Ice maker had issue and Nick offered to bring ice for us. We said no, we could get our own!! Great knowing they wanted to take care of it. Would stay there again!!

This property was lovely. It was convenient to where our Aunt is residing in an independent living facility. My sister and I went to visit our Aunt and take some quiet time to grieve the loss of our parents. Kim's condo was lovely with many items for us to use in the property and at the beach. The property is right on the beach and has a great pool. Kim contacted me to notify us that there was construction on the property that she was notified of by the property manager. She was transparent and offered solutions (even offered to find us another place if it wouldn't work). Although at times the construction was loud, we were gone most days (during working hours) so they were done by the time we wanted to relax in the condo. I would absolutely rent from Kim again. She was so helpful and responding quickly to my texts. We had a wonderful time away and truly enjoyed out stay. Thank you Kim!

This condo is perfection. Everything seems brand new. It looks exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a clean kitchen plus a kitchenette for the second bedroom and 2 washer/dryers! The walk to the private Omni beach access is only a half mile and is lovely. It’s a ground floor so we were able to walk our pup outside easily. The tennis courts are nearby providing more paths to walk & the courts are not noisy, the condo must have good sound blocking because we never heard them. We were there in February so we didn’t go in the pool but it was lovely to sit by in the Florida sunshine. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The living room TV is enormous and provided all of our channels and streaming apps. The security gate was ready when we arrived and the check in was easy. The code was provided and the door lock worked easily for our self check in. We loved staying at the property as we love to bike . The trails are right there

Prefect Place! ❤️ We enjoyed everything about our stay! The location was excellent … not far from Mayo for our doctor’s appointments. We could sit on the couch and watch the ocean or walk the short, quiet, private trail to the beach. It was easy to access with clear instructions. It was very clean and had everything one would need. It was a joy to stay here and I would definitely LOVE to stay again! I highly recommend it😊

This was my second year renting this condo. It perfectly fits my needs, I could bring my dogs and enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch watching the ocean.

Words can’t describe how beautiful the view was from our balcony. The beach couldn’t be any closer to our door and the apartment inside was perfect. Just what we needed after a day in the beach. The balcony/beach access was a super thoughtful feature we got lots of use out of! Can’t wait to return as soon as we can.
