Spacious house in a nice area. Loved having a full kitchen, and loved that places delivered to the house. We never met our host, but communication via Airbnb worked well. There were a few minor inconsistencies from the pics. I suggest bringing your own makeup mirror since the mirror in the bathroom is tiny (not the one in the pic) and not very workable for a 5' 4" person.

This place is a gem, the hosts Charmaine and J.R were very responsive and so kind, our flight was delayed so we arrived very late at night and they stayed up to make sure everything is fine when we checked in (around midnight). The place is squeaky-clean, very cozy, a full service kitchen and bathroom, a 10 out 10, the house and accommodation we got was beyond our expectations.

Our stay was great. The listing and physical location matched up, so no surprises. The unit was stocked with linens and such as well as some kitchen essentials as well. The transit is 2 mins up the street so great for those who are not driving. Overall, great spot. Would definitely stay and recommend to folks again.

It was an absolute blessing to stay at Karen’s. place. It was immaculately clean and smelled amazing upon entry! This is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed through Airbnb. It is beautiful, peaceful and located in a quiet and family oriented neighborhood that is centrally located to transportation, eateries and local stores. I slept so well and had the needed space to work, relax and regroup as needed. Karen was so cordial, hospitable and responsive. She willingly accommodated me for my unexpected early arrival….Definitely would recommend her place and hope your experience mirrors mine!! I hope it is available next time I need to travel to the NY area.

our stay was just what we wanted. the unit was clean & Gretchen provided lots of helpful amenities. we felt very safe & the area provided lots of restaurants very close by. if we ever need to be in that area again, we would definitely stay with Gretchen again.

I was unfortunately in town for a funeral service and Shauna was very understanding about my situation and made sure that I didn’t want/need anything. Great basement apartment with plenty of privacy.

Welcoming and wonderful home. I am a native New Yorker but live in Jacksonville Fl and came back home to bury my sister and renting from Ariel in our time of need was of ease. We will certainly be renting from him again when we visit home in the near future!

We had a very nice stay! The house was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. The house was recently remodeled and we appreciated the large, modern bathrooms, and plenty of space for a family of five. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was in a perfect location for a family gathering. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I'm in the area.

We had an amazing stay at Nakeitas place!! From check in to check out her and Lateef were amazing!! They were always accommodating and constantly tried to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. Their place is really nice and it was located in a good location on Long Island not more than 30 minutes from everything even the city. Plenty of parking on the street too!! 100% would recommend to anybody looking for a place to stay in NY. We will for sure be coming back when we visit NY again!!

A perfect holiday escape – beautifully renovated and exceptionally comfortable! We had the most wonderful stay at this newly renovated property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into making this place feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the spa baths – such a luxurious touch that made winding down after a long day incredibly enjoyable. The kitchen is another standout feature. This is a perfect stay for 2 people ideally and is close to local amenities and the train. Ubers were always within minutes away. Comfortable queen bed with a massive TV. Would recommend!

Taylor and Daniele’s place was a perfect place for my husband and I to spend Christmas week in NY visiting our family. They thought of everything to make our stay a very comfortable one - they even added some Christmas decorations on and over the fireplace mantel along with a Christmas tree in the TV living room area. All the rooms were exceptionally clean and cozy. Great private location and close proximity to restaurants. We will certainly consider staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Andreen's place! the apartment was exactly as described clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location was perfect. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent; Andreen was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting NYC. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

This place may give you a small fare of Caribbean presence due to the tile floors and some furniture. Just don't be over 5'8" or you will be forced to do the limbo dance. A great find for 4 persons to dwell. Bathroom is a small size but one can manage.

The house was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures. We loved the pool and the beach was right there. Tim was super responsive- especially around check in time. Would easily stay there again next time i am im the area !
