Guests have access to a queen size bed in both bedrooms, a full size sofa bed in the living room, and one pull out twin. **Located only 10-20 mins away from the airport, downtown, Old Town area, Sea World, and the beaches! **No smoking, parties, or pets! If there a pet is present in the apartment, then there will be a $100 penalty.

This private guest suite is located on the first floor/basement of our historic home, which we’ve been restoring. It has a private entrance and all the amenities of an apartment. Recently renovated, the space feels fresh and modern. Please note that our family lives upstairs, including children and dogs, so you may hear normal household sounds. We do our best to be respectful, but this home is best suited for guests comfortable with a lived-in environment rather than complete silence.
