If you are lucky enough to book for a Saturday night Redbirds game, you'll get a close-up view of the amazing fireworks display. (Gated parking with one free space in garage adjacent to building.)

You'll have access to all areas in this spacious condo - 3 bedrooms & baths, kitchen, living/dining room, laundry closet, parking lot & back deck. The parking area has room for 2 vehicles & is secured by an electronic gate. We supply a gate remote to guests. The back deck is shared with the neighboring unit which is also a short-term rental. Unfortunately, we do not offer one-night rentals Thursday through Sunday with no cancellation refunds for bookings during holidays or special events.
