An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

This is a magical place to stay - peaceful and very beautiful and relaxing. The house is very charming and we loved it. Karin and the team are very responsive and kind. The place is perfect for families with kids. There is a little restaurant where you can have a snack, salad or coffee. In the bistro there is also a place where the small kids can play with toys right next to the sea. Really a great place for families. We will come back again for sure! 😊

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

Υπέροχη διαμονή σε ένα σπίτι εξαιρετικής αισθητικής, πεντακάθαρο, ζεστό, ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και ηρεμία. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική, φιλικότατη, και εξυπηρετική. Η γειτονιά είναι τέλεια με εύκολο parking και σε μικρή απόσταση από τα μαγαζιά. Περάσαμε φανταστικά και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλαχτα!

Kostas and his family are truly amazing hosts! He's been very communicative and helpful all the time. The apartment was very well equipped, sparkling clean, with all amenities as described. What stood out for us is something that never happened before in an entire apartment/house booked for a week - in the middle of our stay everything got cleaned, changed towels, bed sheets, etc. That was a really pleasant surprise , which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also great - on a walking distance to the port of Epanomi, where you can find some nice restaurants and a mini market. It is also 5 min drive to the center of the village and 15 min to Potamos Beach, which is an amazing beach that we have been visiting for a third time and will be coming back for sure. There are also other nice villages nearby and Thessaloniki is not too far away either, so there is plenty to do for a week. Look no further for accomodation in Epanomi - everything in the place is well worth it!

Recomand cu mara încredere pe Yannis, care a făcut să ne simțim foarte bine. Am inchiriat o casa potrivită pentru două familii cu copii mari. Locația arata ca in descriere, casa este dotată cu tot ce-i precizat si pe site, in plus gazda ne-a oferit numeroase informații despre plaje, magazine, locuri unde putem servi masa, atractii turistice , etc. Este o zona liniștită la 5 minute de plajă. Cu adevărat Yannis este o super gazdă! Știu că abia am plecat dar suntem nerăbdători să revenim.

Къщата е страхотна, особено барбекю зоната. Бяхме 6 възрастни, 3 деца и едно куче. Вътре беше чисто и подредено. Като недостатък мога кажа че едното легло в едната спалня което е твърде малко за двама души и би било възможно да се сложи по голямо такова. Също това че има една тоалетна и липсата на съдомиялна причинява неудобство. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо!

What can I say, a super host. All questions answered, places to go ,things to do and see. Detailed videos of where to turn off the main road made getting there so easy. Video of where to park car and video from car park to the accommodation including access. Host was there to meet us and we had a nice chat about the area before leaving us. Was always available by phone if we needed a question answered. Location was perfect with the beach close by. I would defiantly stay here again. Ian

This flat is exceptional. It is very authentic and actually has all the traces of generations that occupied this flat, so you're witnessing history. We stayed as two couples. Having two bathrooms was made our lifes easier. The location is excellent. In the middle of night life, very close to Tsimiski Street, everywhere is walking distance including the new Agias Sofias metro station. That said, it is very quiet without much noise from outside. Stella helped us to check-in, made great suggestions. She was very responsive and friendly. Perfect host! Everything is tidy and clean. Although we didn't have any issues, be aware that the flat is on the third floor and you need to climb 70 steps to get to the flat. The flat is very highly recommended.

This place is amazing. What you get is more than what you see in the pictures - it's spacious, well-furnished, has a huge balcony that one can relax on all day long because it's shaded, and is close to the center of Epanomi and Epanomi beach (12 minutes' drive away). Our kids loved watching Netflix and playing games (chess , Monopoly) but also tried climbing the wall in one of the bedrooms. We loved the parking space below the building, the two bathrooms, the fact that the hosts replied promptly to our enquiries, and numerous amenities the apartment is provided with (freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). We could have spent a month on our vacation as this place feels like home.

Logement très agréable, vaste espace pour toute une famille, bien équipé. Une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer, à réellement 1mn à pied de la plage, et idéalement situé dans Perea ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Cozy apartment near the sea. Everything is in walking distance like shops, restaurants, bars, beach. Although it was very quiet during the winter period, I had everything I needed in the apartment. Having heating in the apartment (which is rare in the area) made the colder winter days manageable on my work trip. Thanos was a helpful and friendly host who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I recommend his place for every season of the year.

Ένας εξαιρετικός χώρος ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες με όλες τις απαραιτητες παροχες, καθαρός και άνετος!!Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι ζητήσαμε!! Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσα ξανά σε μια επόμενη επίσκεψη μου στην Θεσσαλονίκη!!

Very comfortable and cosy house, beautiful garden and incredible private beach (also private clean and warm sea :-) ). The only thing that was better than the property were our incredible hosts who just became great frends. Friends that you can relay on, have a lot of fun and spend good time, but are very discreet and never overcommunicate.

The house is excellently furnished. We didn't lack anything. The host was proactive and super kind to us. The location is good, within walking distance to the beach (5-7 minutes). We felt at home. I recommend the place. It is perfect for relaxation and privacy.

It was our first time family holidays - 10 people. The house and the close beach were just what we were searching for! Amazing! No need to pack for the whole day to go on the beach. With the baby and small kids (2 to 5 yo) it was a real treat - you go to the beach just in swim suit, you swim, you go back. Georgia is very friendly. Nothing is a problem. Definitely a place to go on family vacation. Calm place. Blue Flag Beach. Friendly Lifeguard. Just great! thank you!

We had a great stay! The house is situated in a quiet forest, surrounded by beautiful tall trees. The nearest beach was just 3 min. away by car, which was nice. In the house, there's everything you need - clean towels and sheets, fully stocked kitchen. The host was also very friendly and communication was very easy.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Thank you for hosting us and for answering to all our requests. For tips about nice location to visit. Nice beach for about 5 min to walk from Dimitris house. Quiet area with nice garden and very plesent smell from the trees.

One of my great stays in Greece! The host was very kind and responded to all our necessities. Also helped us to accomodate. The place was really clean, the kitchen has a lot of utilities that you can use to prepare food. Also we liked a lot the barbecue area, as it has a roof, so you can do grills even if it rains outside, which it's nice. The fact that the beach was at the back of the house was also a big plus and the hosts provided us things that we can use on the beach (umbrellas etc). Also the house it's a bit private, as it doesn't have very close neighbours which is great if someones wants that. I would go there a second time, that's for sure. Totally recommend!

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was well equipped and clean. Lamprini's paintings were lovely. we appreciated the warm scones and fresh fruit! The location was private and peaceful.
