Kysyttäessa patja järjestyy viidennelle. Asunnossa on lattialämmitys ja ilmalämpöpumppu viilentää kesähelteillä. Lähikauppa on lähes nurkan takana ja kauppatorille on n. 250 m.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Rautatieasemalle 500 metriä ja linja-autoasemalle 800 metriä. Kuitenkin erittäin rauhallinen asunto puistonäköalalla. Huoneisto on remontoitu, huonekalut ovat uusia ja materiaalit laadukkaita. Asumme ja työskentelemme keskustassa, joten apu on tarvittaessa lähellä. Maksuton pysäköinti on lähietäisyydellä.
