The space was accurately described. Very functional and well maintained. The Host was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with. The views of London Bridge and the area are fantastic and you would be hard pressed to find a better location. Next time we are in the area we will check to see if this space is available and would take it again in a heartbeat.

Stayed for a month at Laura’s and found it very relaxing and felt right at home. The house layout worked great when having a couple of families along with the 2 different bathrooms and bedrooms on each side of the house. The beds were very comfortable, the only negative issue was the sectional couch has seen a lot of use and is not very comfortable. I would definitely stay and hope I get the chance to stay again. Debbie’s place was perfect for our weekend out at Lake Havasu. It was well taken care of and absolutely beautiful. Outside entertainment area was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather with friends and family. Kitchen came stocked with everything you could need as far as spices, utensils, and cookware. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway or long vacation.

We had the wonderful joy of being able to stay for Sept and Oct. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable with the 100 degree temps we were experiencing. Great home to with lots of room

Erika’s place was extremely clean and had everything a guest would need as well as many extras including beach towels and games . It was also extremely quiet. I never heard any noise from neighbors and slept wonderfully. The bed and the couch were very comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The location was amazing! It was walking distance from Rotary Park, several restaurants and the London Bridge. There was parking and an elevator which was greatly appreciated. The condo complex also has a pool and hot tub. Erika was the kindest and most accommodating Airbnb host I’ve come across. I highly recommend her place for your visit to Lake Havasu City!

Me and my family go to Havasu every year for three or four days the last four or five years that we’ve been there. This is the best house that we have rented and will rent it again every other year if Alex has an opening during the weekends that we want Beautiful home beautiful Lake view beautiful outside

Great stay. Martha is a great host. The wind here can be a little strong, in the first week we had a storm that took down the internet, Martha was very responsive and trying to get things remedied asap. She is a pleasant host and responds to any questions you may have.

Great place to stay in Kingman as a singe or couple. Lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. Place was well kept and I felt very safe.

I stay at AirBnbs monthly for work and this is a new favorite. I feel like I stumbled upon Havasu’s hidden gem, though based on the many 5-star reviews I think the secret is out! I loved everything about this place - the location is perfect. The home is located in a little cul-de-sac space of cute homes with a very open feel with plenty of driveway and garage space right up to the door which makes parking and loading/unloading a breeze. Everything - from the central AC/heat to the ice maker (an essential!) to the smart tv automated to sign out on day of check-out-all worked flawlessly. It’s these thoughtful amenities that put this home on a new level. I didn’t want to leave and extended my stay. Kathy was so kind and goes the extra mile to reach out so you don’t miss the only-in-Havasu festivities (parade made my Christmas!). Thank you so much and see you next time!

Robert and Lynn's place was beautiful find! this was a bucket list check off since it was on the river and close to all the hot spots and at the same time very peaceful at night which is what we wanted. We will be coming back!

For those reading & now pondering over reviews - secure this property now - do it!!! ✔️ You will be glad you did as this house is located in a SAFE block not to mention Rick’s house has a very functional layout. My husband & I are pretty darn picky about cleanliness - we were pleasantly surprised to see how clean the showers, kitchen and rooms were - truly spotless! After a few unclean rental experiences we were nervous - let me tell you, this particular house sparkled- what a fantastic cleaning crew! Prop’s to them :) Wondering about the noise factor - their wasn’t any notable noise- we slept like babies! Moreover, their Sealy mattress in the master was UNBELIEVABLE … we took a snapshot of the tag so we can purchase one. We thought our mattresses were the best —until we woke up the following day & realized our backs felt pretty good!! The open kitchen layout was perfect - baked a few Thanksgiving deserts while watching a great movie. The bonus was the recliners -tilt back & snooze 😴.. super comfy! The value of this home is unbeatable- prior to Rick’s we rented a home with a pool in Lake Havasu for $350 a night- that rental can’t compare to the comfort & overall clean feel we felt at Rick’s. The community where this property is located - is fairly new! —Enjoy

Jean was great. Communication was easy. One thing to be aware of if you plan on bringing young kids, all the kids beds are away from the main house in the casita. House was a 5 minute drive from downtown and roughly a 10-15 from havasu marina. House was overall great, we would rent again.

Frank and his wife have a beautiful home. He was very helpful and a great communicator. Would love to come back and stay at their home. Thank you for having us.

We had an amazing time at Ally's place. We would return after an adventure to this wonderful oasis and relax. The pool was perfect and we felt right at home.

This house is absolutely amazing! We loved every part of staying here. Karen and Rich are very helpful and wonderful hosts. Their house is very well maintained and kept squeaky clean. We also got to meet the pool guy when he came by and he was a very nice guy. I will most definitely be coming back!
