Great stay in a lovely apartment. Good location and with nice swimming pool and gym. Vince's communication was great and the few minor issues I had during my stay were sorted quickly and with no problems. I'd definitely stay again. The only minor downside is that the air conditioning is a little old and noisy.

Excellent condo in an excellent building! Location is solid for area amenities and the hosts were very cool too. Having access to a parking space was a big help too! Will definitely book again!!

The host is super responsive and helpful with any questions or requests. The location is great with lots of restaurants, bars and clubs within walking distance. Pool was also a great plus to cool down on really hot days. Short drive from the airport. Overall, highly recommend the host and the location of the unit if you are looking something convenient during your stay in Dumaguete.

I love the room so much; the space is maximized for every furniture to have its place. Very detailed with instructions that came with the amenities. The host is super accommodating will all queries and requests (I requested to check-in earlier and check-out at a later time, both requests granted).

Had a great stay at this Airbnb! The host was very accommodating and responsive to any requests. The condo had everything needed for everyday living, and the washing machine was especially helpful for quick and convenient laundry during travel. The location was excellent, close to great restaurants and live music nights. What made this stay extra special was that, unlike other units, this one is a corner unit with an additional window, offering stunning views of both the sea and the island at the same time. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this spotless, stylish and modern unit hosted by lovely Ging. The place was really cozy, feels like home and just had everything we needed especially with the amenities. The location is a walking distance to shops and fancy restaurants. Ging was very approachable, responsive and she even made our check in and check out at breeze which I find it very convenient. I really appreciate the thoughtful touches by Ging ensuring our comfortability and security. Everything was superb! I would definitely stay here again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The place was exceptionally-maintained and immaculate. Everything inside looked brand new and elegantly designed, which really radiated modern style. When I arrived, it was spotless and perfectly prepared for my stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating too, checking in was a walk in the park. The amenities provided were spot-on, and the price was very reasonable considering the quality of the space. Loved the modern interior, it created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Sanitäranlagen könnten etwas sauberer sein, Duschbrausen sind total verkalkt und aus dem Ablauf steigen beim verwende üble Gerüche auf. Die Küche ist etwas dürftig eingerichtet. Ansonsten kann ich diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Während unserem Urlaub wurde auch ein Restaurant eröffnet, das Angebot wird laufen erweitert, schade dass man das Essen mit Zeitangabe immer vorbestellen muss und es auf diese Zeit serviert wird.

I was very impressed with this property and the staff and management were excellent. The unit is very spacious and the bedrooms had ice cold air conditioning. The kitchen is large and easy to work in. The pool was fantastic and got lots of use daily by us. It is about a 20 minute drive to Dumaguete so I think a car is recommended. I will stay here next time I visit and highly recommend it.

We stayed in this apartment for 1 night on our way to Siquijor. Minche and her brother met us at the airport which was great. Very comfy bed and extremely clean with everything you need. Also in a great location near to many bars and restaurants. We walked to the port which took 20 minutes. Would recommend!

We love the fact that the location has a beachfront. The entire place was great and worth the value of our money, despite us not really having spent most of our time there as we were often out and returned only in the late nights from seeing friends/families. We never met the host, Eunice, however, everything was smooth-sailing from days before the check in up to check out time. My boyfriend and I wished we had more days to spend in Dumaguete/Negros Oriental. We’d definitely stay again, if and when. PS. If you have transportation of your own to take you from the place to anywhere else you wish to go and back, it would make your stay just perfect, the same way ours was. There are plenty of car/bike rentals all around Dumaguete City. Wishing everybody a great adventure!

This property has a beautiful view. Many restaurants are in walking distance. Supermarket is a short tricycle ride away. The property is well maintained, easy to check in. There is lots of security there, so you feel safe. The Host was very professional, hospitable, and prompt to address any concerns. I definitely look forward to returning to this property.
