位置良好，房間乾淨整潔。

室外佈置得蠻漂亮，到了一眼就可以認出來，位於一個寧靜的地方，回到這裡可以好好的休息，門有裝門底密封條，外面偶爾會有聲響沒有造成干擾，房間在地下室，入住時有些悶，空調蠻大聲，但適應了都還算ok

Communication from the host was great. The apartment was easy to find and matched the pictures well. We knew exactly what to expect and were very happy! We would stay here again.

definitely recommend! very clean & updated. safe area, easy access to trains & buses, and right outside of local food & markets. absolutely loved that!

Barry, the co host is super responsive and informative. We enjoyed staying at their airbnb. Just a couple minute walk to the MRT and bus station. taipei 101 is visible hehe. Very convenient location, with a local market nearby if you want to save on food. overall, it was a great experience staying at this airbnb.

We loved our stay at Eda’s home! The space is beautiful and completely unique. Especially loved the private courtyard and massive windows in the living room. A little oasis just off of a bustling street full of food vendors. Some noise during the morning/day but that’s to be expected…it’s part of the experience when staying in a neighborhood like that with a ton of action. No problems at night time getting to sleep as many stalls have shut down. The communication from the host was also excellent. Clear instructions and immediate response time. Would definitely recommend Eda’s place!

We had our family reunion at Julian’s place. The space was big enough for 3 families. Great location, easy access for transportation. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.

Our whole family of four stayed here for summer vacation and we were so glad to stay here. It’s a good size condo for 4 of us. The bathrooms are newly renovated. Great location where it’s just step away from the famous 737 food alley, also short walking distance to Metro station. Every room has AC which is a big relief in summer. There are washer and dryer. Will definitely stay here again next time.

The property is accessible to Taipe Main station, Ximending walk street and other great local restaurants. The property looked better than expected is very spacious for the six of us. The family had a great stay, thank you once again.

Very good value for money, the apartment is actually accessible through a store. 3 flights of stairs to walk up and down, be strong ! The 3 rooms are independant and offer only a little bit of privacy. 2 of them don't have a window to outdoor. A few appliances need reparation, the owner now knows about it. The kitchen and equipment are super basic, but fine. One separated toilet where it's hard to stand and little space for the legs when seated. Another toilet is in the bathroom. The bathtub is not protected by any curtain, the shower handle not holding well. The highlight is the living room, very bright and spacious. We could not enjoy the terrace due to bad weather, which also showed the lack of insulation of the roof and the apartment in general. When it's 15°C outside, you feel the cold inside. The big window is oriented south and I believe it must be on the other hand really hot in sunny days. Anyway a very good place to spend a few nights in Taipei with my family, we enjoyed !

Cindy’s place was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. It looked exactly like the photos as well, which was much appreciated. It had plenty of closet space and a nice bathroom and living area. Plenty to do and eat in the surrounding area as well. Cindy was a fantastic host. She greeted me upon checkin and made me feel right at home. She was super responsive and helpful when I needed some assistance with the washer / dryer, which was new. She also helped me with some local recommendations. Would love to stay again!
