When it gets too hot…enjoy an expansive ocean view from the air-conditioned comfort of the couch. Enjoy the outdoors after the sun goes down at the fire pit!

Come and enjoy the beach by staying at this 12th floor Private studio condo at the Daytona Beach Resort. Magnificent spectacular south views of the beach/ocean and city from inside the room or by stepping out on the balcony. Fully Furnished to have a comfortable stay. Current Update Sept and Nov 2022 Hurricanes caused damages: Resort Pools, pool deck, Seawall, all amenities closed until further notice. There will be construction during 2025. Luxurious oceanfront sanctuary W/ Private Balcony!

**NOTICE** Due to hurricane damage, our pool deck is undergoing repairs. All amenities are temporarily closed, including our outdoor pools, indoor pool, hot tubs and the tiki bar. Beach access from our pool deck is closed, but beach access is available via the North Side Beach Access. Our covered parking garage is under repair, so out free guest parking is available on our south side parking lot during these repairs. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the best Daytona has to offer, look no further! We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

The indoor & outdoor north pool are closed. Amenities are closed at anytime as we are still doing repairs from the hurricanes. Beachfront! Clean City view Studio & beach gear!

Queen and a twin bed that opens to king, stocked with beach gear. We offer beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and more for 2. On the beach with city view. Max 4, no pets. No smokers. Light cooking only. No children under 10. WARNING: Resort’s garage, sea wall, pools and all other amenities are closed at this time. Access to beach is adjacent to resort on North side. Parking lot is on the South side. We are N Daytona Beach, almost Ormond Beach.

Cozy condo on the beach

Daytona has been hit by hurricanes. The amenities on the resort are all closed. Therefore the pools, gym, tiki bar and restaurant are closed. We have adjusted the prices accordingly. The studio faces west and has a sunset city view. One queen bed and a full sleeper sofa bed. Clean and stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrella and lots more! Very close to multiple restaurants and bars. This is a non-smoking resort, strictly enforced with a $250 fine.
