Great stay, amazing hosts and staff! Definitely coming back

Katie's place hosted a girl's weekend and it not only fit the description but our personality. Simple yet chic decor "City-Chic". As soon as we walked into the building, we knew we had made the right choice. The neighborhood had a vibe of its own - welcoming enough that it peaked my interest to read up on it with plans to revisit. The train station to was convenient. We planned to walk (17 mins) but due to the rain, decided to drive and park (7 mins). Because of the clear instructions I only had to contact her twice. Both times, Katie replied immediately. We will use Katie's place again....the next time we're in NJ.

Awesome stay! Would definitely come back. Everything was super clean and tidy, and my room looked exactly like the photos (or even better). Also it’s in a great area: 1 block away from SoHo and super close to Chinatown. Also close to West Village, so I had a lot of things to do. Breakfast was great! I’d give it a 10/10, and the price is super accesible!

The stay was beautiful and comfortable. Very convenient location to meet up with family in NYC. Would definitely come back for my next.

This place was an excellent option. I was traveling with my mother, and she loved it, specially due to the tranquility of the neighborhood; we felt right at home, and would definitely consider staying there again. The hosts were very communicative and responsive, they guided me really well, and helped me by answering all my concerns. P.S. The only minor downside was some noise early in the morning from upper floors of the property (mostly steps and doors closing/opening), but since it was always brief, and only my mother complaint about it, we considered it wouldn't affect the overall rating.

The people were super nice. We love the location. A lot of nice such as that I wasn’t expecting like a record player, decanter whiskey, glasses, etc..

Our stay was wonderful! If I could give more stars I would. The unit was just as advertised. It was very clean, great size, very comfortable, and most importantly very safe! A special key fob was needed to get into the building, to get into the garage, to go upstairs, and to access the common areas such as the workout room etc. Upon arrival we were short a bath towel, and contacted Abe and Shelly, they had one delivered later that day! Although there were not walkable restaurants, or activities in the immediate area, there is a train station less than a 10 minute walk that can take you wherever you might want to go. Additionally there are many cute towns in the area, such as Westfield that are a short drive. That being said, there is a Dollar General right next door that was very handy for a variety of needs!! It truly was a home away from home. Sadly due to a family emergency we had to leave a few days early. Abe and Shelly were very understanding, and were able to help us out!

This was my second stay at Donovon’s awesome brownstone and the reasons I came back were again on full display: great location — both the neighborhood and easy access to trains; spotless, quiet, private place — a comfortable retreat after a day exploring this incredible city; and Donovon is genuinely a good person and tremendous host — checks in to make sure you’re having the best experience and super responsive to any needs or questions. Looking forward to returning to Donovon’s soon!

Wir fühlten uns vom Buchungstag bis zur Abreise allerbestens betreut. King ist gefühlt IMMER erreichbar und kümmert sich rührend um die Gäste. Ein kleiner Mangel, der während des Aufenthaltes entstand, wurde Sofort behoben. Alles mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Supermarkt, Bankautomat, 2…3 Schnellrestautants in 2 min. Fußweg zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle 3 min. Entfernt. Bis nach New York City haben wir vom appartment aus etwa 30-40 Minuten gebraucht mit Bus und Train. Absolut ok.

Amazing location, spotless apartment and kind host. My husband and I couldn't have asked for more when we went back to visit Brooklyn with our infant. Harris was responsive and kind and we felt immediately at home. We will definitely be booking here again the next time we visit Brooklyn!

My husband and I rented Stephanie's condo for a long weekend to visit family in the area. Location was ideal - close to the beach and to some shops and restaurants. Loved riding the bikes around town - they are new and comfortable. Stephanie was a great host.

Check in was very easy. A few keys but I did like the extra security. Especially in a place I’ve never visited. The air b&b was clean. Lots of local bakery’s within walking distance. Me and my wife enjoyed getting coffee and a pastry every morning before walking to the very close Newark penn station, which was a quick ride into New York. It is a busy area so you will here an occasional car or first responder at night but I would 100% visit again.

Thanks to Laila for everything, me and my family had such a great time in NY city. We would rate this accomodation 10/10. Great place, location and facilities. 🙏🏼🙂❤️

We had a lovely stay near family at this upscale home with terrific amenities. Mike was communicative and the amenities top notch — something for everyone in our family to relax and enjoy plus plenty of space in the well-appointed house. Quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from the shore, and the pool made for great family time as well.

Perfect Airbnb for my group of 8! Easy to get to, very clean and comfortable. Silvia was an excellent host, and very responsive / helpful. If I ever needed to stay in the area again with a group, I would definitely book with Silvia!

We - nine of us - very much enjoyed our stay at this house for a Thanksgiving getaway. The five bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our needs - and the living room was very comfortable and the kitchen well outfitted. As it was late fall, we didn't use the pool (closed for season) and didn't get to the hot tub (available, but we didn't find the time). Parking was easy and the garage had more gym equipment (weights, treadmill, rower, etc.) than a few hotel gyms that I've come across. Patricia was very communicative, and the house is a short drive to more than one beach, very close to Asbury Park, and near a number of decent restaurants. Together, it made for a very nice stay!

This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. conveniently located, responsive, kind and friendly host, walking distance to local convenient stores, driving distance to all stores (TJ Maxx, Walmart, Target, Stop N Shop), plenty of room, plenty of entertainment options in-house, gorgeous living space, great kitchen and FREE PARKING! We had a great time staying here even though it was under such sad circumstances.

Our family spent an idyllic 4 days at Pickle Farm!! Gorgeous surroundings, beautiful historic farmhouse with modern updates. We did not want for anything! Communications with host and property manager were perfect. I would go back this weekend if I could!! (Whoever is there in the next week will be treated to a spectacular show of daffodils and tulips!!)

Alyson’s and John Anthony’s place is in the heart of Seaside Heights. It is in the perfect location of the Jersey Shore! A quick five minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. A minute walk to many restaurants, shops, and bars. Their place is very spacious and comfortable. Their parking and beach passes made it very convenient. Alyson and John Anthony are very approachable and will answer your questions quickly. I would definitely recommend their place for a fun, relaxing, and enjoyable vacation at the Jersey Shore.

Fatima was a great and responsive host. The property was perfect for fun nights at the pool and the location itself made it easy to get to Belmar and Asbury Park.
