This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Old stone house, consisting 2 separate apartments, which we have completely and lovingly renovated with the highest quality materials. The outdoor area is designed with white stone from the island Brac (like the pillars of the „White House“). Teak furniture and also a BBQ are available to our guests.
