Located within Oceanside, Oregon, 9 miles west of Tillamook. This oceanfront duplex is called Heart of The Hill because it is located right in the middle of Oceanside. The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

Built in 1929 the Chelan was the “in place” to stay in the quaint Seaside village of Neskowin. Set high above the ocean with views from almost every room the Flamingo is the most delightful spot in town. Enjoy miles of sandy beach just outside your door punctuated with craggy rock croppings for dramatic views or wander through the village to view the historic cottages. Relax in the hot tub overlooking the river and walk across the street to get your coffee and scone at the "Grateful Bread" bakery. Launch your kayaks/SUP's from the large dock in the front yard for a sunset paddle!

Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.
