Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

Decorated and furnished to a high standard. Guests have exclusive use of the south facing, sunken patio, super fast WiFi and free car parking. Air con unit.

Fosse Paddock Studios are 6 modern, clean, purpose built, self-contained ground studio apartments that contain a living area with sofa bed along with a fully equipped kitchen that leads onto a bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. These suits ideally suit 2 adults in the bedroom (couple) and upto two children on the sofa bed. There is free secure car parking for many cars covered by cctv. Lovely countryside views but not to far from Nottingham city centre, situated just off the A46

We are very well placed to access the city but just as close to the countryside in the opposite direction. We are within walking distance of all local ammenities including pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, takeaways, chemists, hsirdressers, barbers, & more also close to bus stops with frequent service.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in Gedling, Nottingham. The brand new self contained Annexe boasts dedicated parking and a separate entrance. An open plan kitchen and living area features a breakfast bar and smart TV. Relax in the cosy bedroom with a king sized bed. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Local pubs, cafes and shops are a short walk away. Alternatively, Nottingham's diverse restaurant scene and bustling nightlife are a quick bus ride away.

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Private detached studio accommodation with shower room and WC Off road parking is available. Close links to Nottingham centre 10mins in the car, also good transport links via carlton Hill or Porchester road. Stylishly finished with all the necessities of a cosy stay. ***Please note the studio does not include kitchen facillities. Tea/ coffee facilities only Self check in via a separate gate at the side of the house. Secluded spot with an peaceful private garden space.

West Bridgford Central White House

Enjoy a stay at this centrally-located home from home, with free, off road parking for three cars. Just a few minutes walk to Central Avenue, where you can make the most of the range of restaurants, cafés and shops on your way to Trent Bridge cricket ground. Nottingham city centre and train station is an easy 10 minute bus / taxi ride away. The house is a fantastic location if you are visiting Nottingham Watersports Centre.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
