The apartment is totally private with your own entrance, living room, bathroom, bed room with AC, kitchen and balcony. The apartment is equipped with a new comfortable bed and a luxurious (sleeper) sofa. The balcony and garden invites you to sit down, take a swim or have a glass of wine whilst watching your favorite Netflix series on the Smart TV in the living and bedroom.

Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

House with a big gated yard, safe for your kids and pets to run around or if you own a boat space enough to park inside the property. It has 2 gazebos one with hammocks to relax and watch the sunset and the other one has a JACUZZI with capacity for up to 6 people. no worries about power outages the house has SOLAR PANELS installed. The house is ONE MILE from both el combate and los pozos playa You will have the house by yourself, there are 3 rooms but only 2 are available.
