Diane's glamper (is that a word??) is a wonderful place to stay and Diane is such a great host! Some reviewers felt like the camper was cramped, but for a recreational vehicle we found it to be quite spacious. There are 3 distinct areas: the dining area has large table/booth with bench seats on both sides, the kitchen is in the middle with a decent sized sink, an apartment sized stove/oven, and the bedroom was cozy, comfortable and had a wooden sliding door for privacy. We found it to be very comfortable for two. The vintage refrigerator/icebox worked really well, even in 100-degree weather. Diane was great about making sure we had plenty of big chunks of ice, and everything was kept cool. The bathroom/shower set up really was quite nice. She was such a thoughtful host! She recommended a visit to the South Yuba River, 10 min away, and it was the most beautiful swimming hole we had ever seen! She recommended restaurants in town that were wonderful, and an easy walk.

Linda’s place is the perfect blend of an older Victorian feel and more modern kitchen, floors, A/C if needed. It’s incredibly peaceful with numerous sitting areas to read a book, enjoy a cup of coffee, have a chat about life, or indulge in a glass of wine and appetizers. Always something new on the expansive garden that you didn’t notice before. Just a wonderful little getaway…and friendly neighbors while out walking the neighborhood, which all just adds to a really special place. Thank you Linda and we hope to be back!!!!

Lynne and her husband and her dogs received us with open arms. They took time out of their day to get to know us a little and even introduced us around the property. Lynne was very helpful in explaining the amenities in the room and how to use everything. She was also helpful in recommending a few places to go around and explore. She had recommended us to go visit a tulip garden and it was without a doubt a very beautiful spot. A very cinematic and safe experience. We will back in the future! I would recommend a million times!! Thank you, God bless!

We had an amazing time at this cozy & comfortable air bnb. Loved all the beds in the large upstairs. Foresthill was a darling small mountain town!

Ariyele's place is quite special! You can tell they've put a lot of thought and care into making this place comfortable and inviting. The bed was far and away the most comfortable Airbnb/hotel bed we've ever slept in, and the surroundings are just gorgeous!! The value of this place can't be beat.

Really enjoyed our recent two-night stay at Anne and Salim’s place. It was quiet and peaceful - very restful. We also enjoyed dinner both nights at Cafe Collage, a lovely little restaurant on the property. Salim is the proprietor and chef, and the restaurant felt like an extension of the home. Salim was very gracious throughout, including providing delicious local baked goods Saturday morning. We would happily stay again!

The yard was the real gem for us— hours of outdoor play right outside the door. We arrived to fresh snow and got more! It is as magical as it gets for beauty and fun playing outdoors. Inside the cabin, the kitchen is clean and spacious so’s easy to cook in. The collection of dvds was fun for parents and kids to relax. This is a perfect quiet getaway retreat! We will repeat!
