We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.

Located in a gated neighborhood between two quaint gold rush towns with shopping, wine tasting, hiking trails and sight seeing. Ski areas easily accessible for day trips. Rest or dine on the deck with a glass of local wine and watch the friendly deer wander past sometimes stopping to say hello.

Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Cancellations due to fire or Smokey air -allowed. Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.

Casa de Burton is a private house just minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. It is a light, airy space nestled on 2.5 acres. This 700 Sq ft home comes fully furnished with two bedrooms and a bonus loft area. There are full-size beds in each bedroom and a full-size bed in the loft. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. *6 guests in winter, 4 recommended for summer due to heat in loft.
