We loved our stay! The space is thoughtfully decorated, had everything we needed, and every hospitality detail was thought through. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the dining/living area on the 2nd floor with huge well equipped kitchen, fun board games, and cosy reading chairs. The location was perfect for skiing - we were literally on the mountain 4 min drive from the lifts. Recommended!

Wonderful stay. Robert was so helpful and made the reservation easy. All the amenities were great. The pools are amazing with great staff, clean towels and great service. The location is great, only 3 min walk to the strip. Clean room. kitchen with all amenities, even coffee! Would definitely come back!

Perfect stay for our group of 8. Cleane was very helpful with instructions. The upstairs living room area was a great open space for board games/hanging out at the end of the day too.

Kevin’s place was as described. Clean and easy to find. Very close to the strip. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Great two-night stay in Reno. Came to town for a volleyball tournament. Close 10-15 min drive to the Reno Convention center, but far enough away from all the craziness of events etc. Everything was clean and accurately described, bed was comfy, and bathroom was pleasant. Loved that the complex was gated and had surveillance. Only thing is that the upstairs neighbor was sometimes loud. Thin ceiling and walls - but wasn’t anything to stop you from sleeping.

We enjoyed our stay and especially the convenience of being next door to the Sphere, which was our destination. We were able to also walk to other locations, such as the Arte Museum. We enjoyed the clean, comfortable, quiet space and property amenities, such as the restaurant, market, pool, and luggage storage. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with what we needed to brew morning coffee, warm up leftovers and otherwise get ready for wherever we were going next.

Really nice place to stay in vegas. it was peaceful and easy to go in and out. between Balagio and Cosmo, about 2min walk to the strip. The Room was great and the view it had was very nice. Definitely recommended staying here if you don't like walking around the casino and between lots of people. I will be coming back

The location was excellent, and the host provided a shuttle service, which was a nice touch. However, the shuttle only operated until 9 PM — it would have been even better if it ran until at least 11 PM. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was well-maintained with good amenities. We did experience an issue with the AC on Sunday, which we noticed a bit late. That said, the staff responded promptly and were able to resolve it by the end of the day

I truly enjoyed my stay! The view from the room was amazing along with the walking distance from the strip being extremely easy to access. You couldn’t tell me I wasn’t at a spa using the indoor jacuzzi; or not a resort with the view. I recommend 10/10!

Khalida is a great host, when it comes to communication she is top tier. She was very accommodating and responsive. The condo looked exactly like the pictures described. If and when I go to Vegas again, Khalida will be first on the list.

I would recommend staying at this location for anyone wishes to be close to the strip. The check-in process was fast and easy, I would say, take cash with you. The valet is free, they go off tips. Overall I would stay at this location again.

I booked Demarie & Sela’s place while in town for a friend’s wedding in Las Vegas, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. After a long and exhausting 13-hour tour to Antelope Canyon, coming back to their place was a true relief — it was clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. What really made the stay stand out was the thoughtful hospitality: Demarie even prepared extra snacks and a care package for me, which was such a kind and unexpected touch. This is exactly what a Superhost experience should feel like. I highly recommend staying here — don’t hesitate to book!

This house is such a cool & comfy place to stay. It is located in a quiet & peaceful gated community a few miles from the strip. The location was perfect! The only downside is that the parking within this community is sparse. You may have to drive around for a few minutes to find a spot. It's just a minor inconvenience. Shannon is great! She was proactively messaging me before the day of arrival to make sure I had all the details needed. She assured me that she'd be reachable during my stay if I had any questions. My girlfriend & I, and our blended group of teens all enjoyed our short stay in Vegas and will definitely choose this place to stay during future visits.

Very convenient location, plenty of parking (it's a short walk from car to front door). The interior is super clean and tidy, and everything we needed was available -- we were so happy to have a well-stocked kitchen and VERY comfortable beds. The space is accurately reflected in the photos. One thing we were really glad to have is the outdoor space and plenty of privacy, nobody was staring into our windows, and the deck and front lawn provided plenty of opportunities to step outside and get some fresh air and sunshine. Our host was responsive and went out of her way to help us when we had questions. Thank you, Angela!

This house was everything we expected! If you want to be near the Strip, this may not be the house for you—we chose a quieter location. Strip w/ traffic = 20+ mins, w/o = 15-25 mins. Airport w/o traffic = 15 mins, w/ = 30 mins. We’re a family of drivers, so if driving isn’t your thing, reconsider. Gretchen & Mark were EXTREMELY responsive & always available. The outdoor space was great for all ages! We loved the pool, slide, hot tub, & fire pit. The pool was too cold due to weather, but some still braved the slide. The fire pit & hot tub were the main hangout spots—late-night bonfires & s’mores were a highlight. Two notes: the house is on a well system, so showers are advised to be 5 minutes—understandable but not ideal. For light sleepers, choose a room with a door—one upstairs room is only separated by a curtain. Overall, had a great stay & highly recommend this home for large groups (13-15 ppl) looking for a NV vacay. Great getaway for those unconcerned with Strip proximity!

June was very helpful and responsive. This condo was able to accommodate a group of 6 adults. The condo was as described, very clean and so close to almost all restaurants, activities, gas stations and shopping centers in Incline Village. The beds and couch were super comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless and had products that we were able to use. June also gave great recommendations for food and activities. I would definitely book with June again.

My stay at Olga and Josh’s place was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Olga and Josh were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, making me feel right at home.

Ally's condo is a great home base to explore Lake Tahoe from. It has everything you might need and Ally is very responsive if anything comes up. The wifi was good enough for us to work remotely during the week, the sauna was a nice perk, and there's a bus stop right across the street which will take you down to the lake for free. We would definitely stay again.
