Global's listing was well worth the visit. It is such a peaceful spot both inside and out. We walked around the lake, worked out in the gym, ate at the restaurant next door, had coffee and bagels at the coffee shop downstairs, watched 2 late nite movies on the ultra wide screen TV and utilized the well stocked kitchen to warm up left overs and make popcorn. It was so easyto just to relax around the complex, however we were also so close to all the activities we planned...15 minutes from the Belice musical that we attended in Reno, 7 minutes from the rifle range in Sparks, and 15 minutes from the Automotive Museum in Reno. Oh and the bed was super comfy!! This was an amazing getaway to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Thanks to Chris for sharing his space & hospitality!

We loved our stay!! We didn’t get to enjoy all of the amenities because we were busy at a volleyball tournament most of the time, but the place was wonderful to come home to every night!

Plushy was a great host and extremely responsive. Location is also beautiful and right next to the river. We woke up to a snowy view in the morning at it was lovely.

This is the third time we stayed with the Lusso’s. That tells you something. They checked on us from time to time and provided contact info if anything was needed. Well done Lusso’s!

Great condo overlooking the river. Just the best! And the pool is amazing. We were there every day of our stay.

Really enjoyed our relaxing stay at Cristian and Mariana’s place….just what the doctor ordered after a couple days on hectic Las Vegas strip! Breakfast, lunch and dinner each day on the patio over looking pool ! Lovely weather and nice a quiet in early April. Hope to be back!

This is the cutest (updated) Craftsman, it felt unique to be lodging in older Reno history, so close to the riverwalk (less than 2 blocks) and quick access to all the cool artsy vibes and flavors Reno has to offer. I especially appreciated and enjoyed the refreshed kitchen full of useful gadgets. Kelly keenly fused furnishings of the time with modern comforts. Beds were newer, soft, yet firm enough and comfortable. I especially loved the hard wood floors, in the front of the house, vintage windows, tile work and unique rugs. Neighbors were kind/patient with AirBnB. This was a perfect fit for our needs; two full bathrooms, two quality beds, kitchen to work in, a washer & dryer, a spot to enjoy morning coffee and centrally located to the riverwalk. Wonderful serene property on the river. Only downside was us not being able to stay longer. Definately will be back to enjoy it longer Great amenities. Clean and comfortable.

Beautiful home immaculately clean, and surprisingly spacious, providing ample room for our group to relax and enjoy each other's company.Such a serene atmosphere with waterfront views. Kids also appreciated the arcade games and puzzles. Would highly recommend.

The house was beautiful! And fit all of us pretty good! Had everything that we needed. Area's we could spend time, and I personal loved the views and areas to go on walks. The only downside was when it was windy the entire house was drafty. other than that it worked great for us!

Sid was great and responsive. The house was very comfortable and easy to navigate. Would stay here again.

The first thing I want to emphasize is the fast responses of Byung to any questions that we had. He is really a very friendly communicator. The house is walkable to a lot of fun & interesting places and my son in law and grandson enjoyed doing some fishing and they had caught / released a lot of fish. I wished all home owners / managers are as responsive and helpful like Byung.

Great little place to stay! We were in Vegas for a few events during our stay, but wanted to be in Henderson as to be aware from all of the craziness, and this place was great! Picture perfect location close to lots of fun outdoor activities:) would definitely recommend and would stay again!

The only issue we had was the door kept jamming on us making it extremely difficult to open and close the entry/exit door. Also, the pool amenities were close so we had to use the one at the Aria. The gym at Vdara was sub par and crowded. It was nice we were able to use the gym and pool at the Aria which is a sister property. Those amenities were both great. Gym was very nice and spacious. In all, very nice and quiet space. Usually you could hear doors opening and slamming in hotels along with people shouting. We heard zero noise. Just wished it was closer to everything else. Great stat though and good price. Would definitely do it again. Just please fix that door.

We were visiting Lake Tahoe for a wedding and found Linda's place - it was absolutely perfect for our weekend! Super clean, had everything that we needed, spacious enough for our family and close to most places so we walked. If we go back to Incline Village (which I hope we do!), I'd love to stay here again!

My friend, mom, and I stayed at Lil Italy for 2 nights. The pictures and description do not do the condo justice! When we arrived, it was in perfect condition. No smells and it was spotless. When we first opened the door, we gasped at the spectacular view of the pool, mountains, and lake! I much prefer this vibe over the strip any day! Everything was considered to make this stay magical; from the pillows, to the beds, down to the toilet paper. Everything was just so comfortable clean. I take my own pillow everywhere I stay and I did not use it once because their pillows were so comfy. I just cannot say enough good things about our stay! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful - we will be back!

Anne is a wonderful host — we felt right at home the moment we arrived. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring charming pottery for olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and spices. The house is spacious, very comfortable, and located in a peaceful complex just a short walk from the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay. When my son wasn’t feeling well after skiing, Anne kindly extended our check-out time so we could get some extra rest — we were very grateful for her thoughtfulness and generosity. With grocery stores and restaurants nearby, like Safeway, it was easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. We highly recommend this lovely place!

What a wonderful, wonderful, beautiful home. Clean, extremely well-equipped, and the most glorious setting on the edge of the lake. Communication with the owner was super helpful, thorough, and immediate. No disappointments! We loved our stay and can't recommend highly enough.

Nice place with stunning lake view. Kids enjoyed the private beach a lot. The gated community is very quiet and peaceful. We love having dinner with the breathtaking view outside. All three rooms are clean suites with its own bathroom, which is very convenient. It’s definitely a great place that we will come back next time!
