The home is peaceful, open, and yet has privacy with the different rooms which worked for our diverse party. The back porch was great for the kids to be a bit mor rowdy.

Very beautiful house with full amenities. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Everything met and exceeded our expectations. This is a must stay property! We scoured the reviews and this host was quick to address any deficiencies previous renters brought to their attention. Mattresses were very new and the house was well stocked with coffee/Keurig and charcoal for the grill as well as many other amenities you wouldn’t expect. Absolute great stay!

Beautiful condo unit as compared to others we have stayed at in the same building. Beautiful setting on the sound with view of the ocean which is very close. Pool is beautiful as well. Baths for each bedroom which is great. Beds were great!!

We had a great stay! This unit is in a great location - beautiful view from all the windows/balcony and steps away from the beach access. Nice, new appliances in the kitchen and updated decor throughout. Storage closet inside with beach chairs, etc. Stacy was very responsive to any questions and provided us with the clear check-in and check-out instructions as the dates approached.

Right next to base by the Slocum gate. You can't beat that!

Awesome place for a weekend outing, with an amazing view of the lake. Very peaceful atmosphere and had everything you need and much more! Brian was very responsive and made instructions crystal clear for everything. Highly recommend!

My stay at the Whitehust House was delightful. My host Pollie is amazing and incredibly helpful making sure my time spent here was wonderful. This is a first time staying in downtown New Bern and I love the fact I could walk everywhere. It was such a treat. Perfect location and terrific host makes it a place I plan to return.

I would definitely recommend this provider. The facilities were phenomenal, well worth the price, comfortable, beautifully decorated and provided for. John was extremely easy to work with and very personable. I cannot recommend these accommodations highly enough. if I come back to the area, I will definitely look John up again!
