We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Susan and Emily were fantastic hosts. Excellent response time, and provided great information and recommendations. Our pup loved the fenced yard and all of the hiking and walking areas nearby. We highly recommend the cottage, especially for those with furry friends, and look forward to returning sometime.

The house was just lovely and comfortable. We were able to spread out to sleep, then gather in the living room and dining room to catch up and plan. We were in town for a family event so didn't get a chance to explore but the area seemed very nice and the locals were impressed with the location. Common areas were on the ground floor, three bedrooms on second (we had problems regulating the temp at night there) and then a single/twin bed on the top floor. It is an old house but clearly lovingly renovated so that it didn't feel old and creaky, except for the front doorknob coming off. I would stay there again and have recommended it to the Wilmington locals for their guests. All of the hosts were friendly, quick to answer questions, and work with our schedules. Thanks to you all!

Tiffany's place is immaculate. We truly enjoyed the open concept kitchen/dining/living space as it let our family hang out together all weekend. The kitchen is stocked with your essentials and the bedrooms are clean and spacious.

Alicia is a an absolutely wonderful host! When I needed a last minute change of location and over a holiday she was extremely helpful in accommodating me last minute and made what could have been a horrible trip into a wonderful visit with family. I can’t say enough good things. House was clean, comfortable and very quiet and easy to commute into town. Would definitely recommend!

Very convenient for me. Close to Dover, so I can visit my Mom. Close to Smyrna. Away from the hustle and bustle. Clayton is a cute little town. Restaurant nearby and liquor store. Place is solid. Bedroom is nice and den with TV has a futon. Kitchen is fine.

the place was just as described and the photos show it all. it's in a building that's on a busy corner but the traffic wasn't a bother while we were there. it was a quiet pleasant stay and we will stay again when we're in the area for sure! Dwayne’s cafe is the absolute best place to hang out, meet locals, and see art and hear music. Charming B&B is roomy and homey… a great place in the center of town but quiet and private.

Elegantly decorated and well stocked with cute little touches, in a quiet safe neighborhood, convenient hassle-less street parking. -30 mins to Longwood Gardens, friendly and super-responsive hosts.

The apartment was perfect, quiet and peaceful with plenty of space to do my work and also relax. A great neighborhood with plenty of walkable restaurants and an Acme grocery store.

My friends and I decided to have a UD reunion in Newark and this Airbnb was the perfect spot for us! Very walkable to all of our favorite spots on Main Street. The apartment itself was very clean and pretty.
