This place is amazing! The pictures are exactly what you get but the outside is where it’s at. The river that flows right next to it was so peaceful. You could hear the river inside the dome. Nicole was so helpful by turning on the lights for us since we were arriving so late. We couldn’t see much at first except for the stars while being inside the dome. If you ever thought about staying in one. Stay in this one it was incredible. Nicole also offered snack from her homestead which was a great treat. If I could give it more stars I would. So peaceful, we were able to unplug and disconnect from the world and just enjoy nature and all its beauties. We will totally be back for sure!! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Well, the only thing I can say about this place is that it is just awesome. Everything about it clean comfortable secluded beautiful scenery. It’s just the best. If you’re thinking about staying here just book it the place is beautiful.

WOW, I was absolutely blown away by the LOFT at Wendys. Wendy was outside with our welcoming committee, aka labrador retriever, when we happened to arrive. She is so friendly and what Southern Hospitality is all about! She had given us some great pointers on things to do and places to see and eat before we arrived (all you have to do is message her and she is quick to respond). The LOFT is even roomier than the pictures and the queen and full size beds were so comfortable, we slept like a baby. We are so glad to find this jewel in Eagle Rock with easy access to Roanoke, Greenbrier, Lexington and the surrounding areas. Our "go to" place for sure. I didn't want to leave!

Pieter and Jenna's place was ideal for us after a day of hiking. Peaceful, quiet and close to the AT. Price was very reasonable in comparison to others and it was not a hotel. We just needed an overnight quiet place to sleep, make dinner and breakfast and back on the trail and then back home. Our goal was not to hang out, but it might have been nice to use or bring a Solo Stove Fire Pit. Their place was VERY clean, looked new, easy check in and check out. Not a big fridge or microwave but worked just fine for our needs. There is no door between the bathroom/laundry room and the bedroom, just small swinging saloon doors. Which is fine, as long as you understand that you don't have the kind of privacy you may be used to at home. All-in-all, it was a nice place to stay and would come back again.

We really enjoyed staying here! I had to make an early morning telehealth appointment one of the days we were there and the bus didn’t have WiFi, so Rem recommended places I could go and a local coffee shop. Rem and his family were very friendly but left us to do our own thing. Our conversation was enjoyable and didn’t feel forced or like we were trapped like you get with some hosts. Besides all of the above, the farm was beautiful and the bus was very peaceful and well decorated with plenty of room to cook or relax. We will definitely be back!

It was perfect. Close to Salem and restaurants and grocery stores, EV charging (at Hart Kia). Loved the goat farm in the back, sunrises over the mountains and horses across from the Post Office. Close to several hiking areas. Very, very clean with fairly well equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Ample sheets, towels and supplies. Nice restoration. We will be back!

The Moonshine yurt was better than we had imagined! The owners had thought of everything we might need and more . They even left us a welcome basket for our anniversary! We loved it so much that we have booked it for 2 more times later in the year ! I would give them 10 ⭐️ stars if that was an option!!!!

The Cabin was really nice; very clean and modern, really liked the space. The AC didn't work very well, so it did get a little hot at times, but there are 2 big ceiling fans that worked well to keep it tolerable, that would be my only real complaint though was just temperature. There was a little snafu with the gate being locked at the entrance/exit of the property when we tried to exit, but they responded quickly to get it resolved. Overall it was a very nice cabin, and we really enjoyed our stay; would definitely recommend it.
