A one-bedroom flat with fully equipped kitchen, large shower and comfortable sitting room, it is perfect for a trip to West Hampshire and the Test Valley. You will find an oasis of calm in a busy world where you can relax in comfort after an active day visiting the many sites of historic interest or admiring our beautiful local scenery. Almost all our guests have told us that the bed is the most comfortable they have ever slept in!

Hackney Park Coach House

Hackney Park is situated in a commanding setting adjoining the New Forest. Comfortable, small and cosy accommodation, well equipped. Ideal location for touring and walking - lots of interesting places to visit. The internet is not great here in the Forest but is always accessible by using the conservatory on the front of the main house which is always open. Dogs and horses welcome by arrangement. Surrounded by nature reserves, a fantastic location for coastal walks, and cycling, located directly on a sustrans cycle network. Fully fitted kitchen, lounge, bathroom and two bedrooms, a double and the second bedroom can be made up as two singles or another double. Private outside seating area.

Cliff Top studio is our bright and airy ground floor apartment, it has a fully fitted kitchen, en suite shower room, King size Bed, Sofa, enclosed courtyard garden, onsite parking, it is within 200yards of the Cliff Top at Barton on Sea, where there are uninterrupted views of the Needles, Isle of Wight, Christchurch Harbour, Hengistbury Head and the Purbecks beyond that.
