This house was perfect for our needs! Large space with many sleeping accommodations, multiple bathrooms, kitchens, grills, and living rooms which was convenient for our large group. The house is tucked back behind a long driveway which provided us with plenty of privacy. The hosts were responsive, kind, and helpful! Winnipesaukee was ~10 minutes away from the house and the hosts left a list of places to eat/things to do which were all easy to get to. Would absolutely stay here again if going back to the Gilford/Laconia area!

This is the third time I've rented this property which in itself says volumes. It's a beautiful loft condo in a beautiful setting that has three separate bedrooms /sleeping areas, each with its own full-service bathroom. Because the unit exists within a larger condo community, guests have access to a both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and common games and social area with billiards. Located just a few miles (two exits) south of the Kancamangus Highway (and Loon Mountain), Jason and Becca's place at the Jack 'O Lantern complex is a truly great find, whether you're a family, couple, or "couple of couples" :D

Had a quick weekend getaway at Keith's place. Everything was perfect. Easy check in and great communication.

We had a fantastic stay at Mercedes' home in Lincoln. Everything was spotless and well-prepared upon our arrival. The space was even larger than the photos suggested, providing plenty of room for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, making our stay even more comfortable. Mercedes was incredibly responsive and flexible, which was especially helpful with our little ones. The location was perfect—right in town and just a six-minute drive to Loon. The game room in the basement was a fantastic bonus that everyone enjoyed. Thank you, Mercedes, for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay, especially if you’re planning on visiting Loon mountain with family/friends!

We booked for my fiancés 30th birthday and had such a great time with family and friends. Thank you for being pet friendly , our pups had a great time as well. The weather wasn’t the greatest for our stay so we didn’t get much pool time or adventuring out (besides the men going fishing) but it was definitely worth the stay. Would 100% book again

We like loon Mt area in the winter for skiing, Eric's unit is literally 2 min drive to mountain, (Nordic Inn ) The unit itself is huge with 2 levels of living space, 2 bedrooms on first floor have huge beds (california kings ) each bedroom has walk in closets and full baths, upstairs has another full bed and 2 bunk beds, massive super comfortable couch that reclines on either end. huge tv and full bath, walk out deck. Perfect for 2 family to split. The pictures on airBnb are accurate. I would highly recommend Eric's place year round . I will definitely will be back next year!!!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

Shauna was a great host . I had a few questions that were answered immediately. It was really humid in early August so the ice cold AC’s were great! I would highly recommend staying at Shauna’s place . Easy access to Weirs & Bank NH Pavilion!

Mikes place was a great stay while in. New Hampshire. Lots of stuff to do on the lake and everything you need is within walking distance!! I nightly recommend this condo on the lake

Excellent place and hosts, highly recommended. Don met us in the place and showed us around and made us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful, extremely well stocked, and very comfortable. The location is great as it's very quiet but also very close to local amenities and the highway.

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.
